Protocol 13 was an order that, when issued, started the immediate evacuation of all personnel of the Galactic Empire from an occupied planet. Use of the order could be followed by devastating events the Empire would unleash upon a world, such as the destruction of Jedha City by the Death Star.
Protocol 13 – the evacuation of personnel from an Imperial base or facility – is what the Empire uses to move its forces out of Jedha prior to the Death Star's test firing.

With the the issue of Order 66, Emperor Palpatine -- in reality, Darth Sidious himself -- named every Jedi an enemy of the Republic and eradicated the Order. Anakin Skywalker, once believed to be the Chosen One, turned to the dark side and helped the Empire destroy the Jedi.
Starkiller Base and Coruscant
After a Star Wars-focused Twitter account tweeted out concept art from The Force Awakens — along with the claim that the concept art depicted the destruction of Coruscant — they tagged Lucasfilm rep Pablo Hidalgo, who confirmed this was indeed the case.
