Working as an RN in post-op can be one of the easiest nursing jobs to get into for nurses who want to work in a hospital. The environment is more laid back and subdued than many units with a reasonable load of patients to tend to.
1. Certified registered nurse anesthetist. Nurse anesthetists are in one of the most well-respected fields in nursing, and it requires years of education, training, and experience to become one. These nurses provide anesthesia to patients, typically in a surgical, dental, or ER/OR scenario.

BSN-prepared nurses are the most sought-after RNs in the job market and can advance to leadership and management roles more quickly than the ASN nurse.

It would be logical to think that extroverts would be the ones to excel in the world of nursing because the profession is all about relationships and communication with patients, families, and doctors. Informatics Nurse
Some nurses find a more technical role, such as an informatics nurse, to be a low-stress nursing job. Informatics nurses work with technology to develop health-related computer software such as that found on hand-held medical devices and electronic medical records.
Of those nurses, 31.5% reported burnout as a reason for leaving their position, making it the third most commonly cited factor. Other top reasons for leaving included a stressful work environment, lack of good management or leadership, inadequate staffing, and finding better pay/benefits elsewhere.
Unsafe working conditions. Many nurses are leaving the profession because they feel that they are unsafe in some way or another. Whether it is the patient population they feel unsafe from or the working conditions they have to endure, it is hard to get someone to stay at their job if they feel unsafe.
In most cases, if you fail a module you'll be given one or two further attempts to pass. If you fail a clinical placement it may depend on the circumstances which led you to fail, as to whether you can have a second or third attempt.
Diploma in nursing - This qualification takes 3 years to be completed and students will be equipped to work as an enrolled nurse or staffing nurse. The only difference between completing a diploma versus a bachelor's degree is the duration and less detailed information is provided to students.
ADN programs can be completed in 2-3 years, whereas traditional BSN programs take four. After graduation, nurses with a BSN often have more employment opportunities and a higher earning potential due to additional training and education.
But Nurse.org found that nurse educators, home health nurses, nurse managers, OR-perioperative nurses, and pediatric nurses reported the highest levels of job satisfaction.

Nurse's job satisfaction
Overall, the vast majority of nurses at every position were satisfied with their jobs. NMs, CNSs, and CRNAs all reported 98% job satisfaction, while NPs, LPNs, and RNs had satisfaction rates ranging from 94% to 96%.
