Whippet
Whippets are truly the least smelly of dogs, so much so that they are practically odourless. Their short coat also means minimal shedding and grooming. Similar to Greyhounds, Whippets are a popular racing and hunting breed. Despite their athleticism, they are surprisingly relaxed.
The zorrilla is considered the smelliest animal because it gives off a fluid from its anal glands when it must defend itself from danger. The nocturnal animal eats small reptiles and rodents while living in rocky areas. The zorrilla is also know by its Latin name (Iconyx striatus) or Striped Weasel.
Tasmanian Devil
Now found in the wild only on the Australian island state of Tasmania, these creatures can give off a very powerful odour when under stress, this helps them to protect their environment, but when calm and relaxed they are not smelly at all.

Ferrets have a natural, normal smell but that doesn't mean they should stink. Ferrets are popular pets, but many people note that they have a distinct odor to them. Beaver = Vanilla
From a scent gland called castor sacs located under its tail, beavers make a molasses-like goo called castoreum that they use to mark their territory. But this goo also smells a lot like vanilla. So much so that it has historically been collected for food flavoring and perfume scents.

Hands down, the filthiest animals must be dung beetles. They spend their adult life flying around in search of fresh feces. When they find it, they lap up the liquid effluent, which contains nutritious microorganisms that the beetles can digest.
An average-sized African elephant will defecate some 20 to 30 times a day, producing up to 100 pieces of dung that weigh 2 to 4 pounds each. In areas where elephants congregate, all this dung can create a thick carpet on the ground that helps fertilize the soil.
