In Harry Potter, Riddikulus is a spell used against Boggarts. For the magic to work, you have to think of something funny while casting it. If it works, it makes the boggart take the shape of whatever you were thinking of and because Boggarts feed on fear, they're defeated by laughter.
Avada Kedavra
Topping the list for the most powerful spells in the Harry Potter universe is no other than Avada Kedavra, Voldemort's favorite to instill his will and fear onto others. The spell itself is a play on Abra Kadabra and is easy to cast by just about anyone in the Wizarding World.
The darkest of the Dark Arts, Harry Potter unforgivable curses are the Cruciatus Curse, the Imperius Curse, and the Killing Curse. Although the curses are highly illegal, Harry using Unforgivable Curses happened, but he uses them once he was thrust into the Second Wizarding War.

Therefore, figuring out a spell that is Draco's favorite is hard and, in the movies, there is no defining moment that cements a spell as his favorite. Based on Harry Potter lore, and an article by The Healthy Journal, Draco's signature spell is a N.E.W.T standard spell, The Protean Charm.
Widogast's Transmogrification
This spell was first created by Essek Thelyss and Caleb Widogast, using notes from the archmage Halas, in an attempt to return Nott into her true body once and for all. Therefore, the spell's use is to transform a (humanoid) creature's body into another (humanoid) body permanently.

The Imperius Curse, or Imperio, is one of the three Unforgivable Curses, the three spells, Avada Kedavra, Imperius, and Cruciatus all feature in Hogwarts Legacy.
Ginny and the Bat Bogey Hex
As the youngest Weasley, we're sure Ginny observed more than her fair share of unpleasant spells over the years but it was the Bat Bogey Hex she was famous for – and with good reason.
Ginny was proficient at charms and curses, capable of holding her own against Death Eaters, including helping Hermione and Luna Lovegood to duel Bellatrix Lestrange. She was even able to cast a full-bodied Patronus, taking the form of a horse and is considered an extremely advanced spell.

Avada Kedavra
It's used to kill people, it's an Unforgivable Curse, and it was Voldemort's favourite, so it's going last.
Snape save Draco by using Vulnera Sanentur spell. Sectumsempra is a curse invented by Professor Severus Snape, during his childhood, when he was known as "The Half-Blood Prince. He created it with intentions of using it against his enemies and it soon became one of his specialties."
It's unknown quite how they managed this, although we do know that certain spells do levitate things, such as the Levitation Charm, or Snape's self-penned spell, Levicorpus.
