"Chapter 3, Holly, Jolly" (Season 1, Episode 3)
Imagine being a young kid whose world has just been turned upside down (see what I did there?) by the disappearance and apparent death of one of your best friends. It's a challenging thought to fathom.
By our count, Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) has been responsible for the deaths of 21 people. Twelve of those deaths happened in Season 1. Her escape from Hawkins Lab led to six guards being killed.
The Demogorgon hunted and killed other people and creatures, being particularly lured by blood. Its victims included Barbara Holland, hunters Dale and Henry, and a wounded deer.
everything. Your time... is almost... at an end. Vecna tormenting Max Mayfield - his most famous quote. Henry Creel, also known as One (001), Vecna, or the Mind Flayer, is the main antagonist of the Netflix original series Stranger Things.
He is portrayed by Jamie Campbell Bower as an adult and by Raphael Luce as a child. A fearsome entity aligned with the Upside Down, Vecna had humble origins as the human Henry Creel.
Eleven is examined as a child hero of the series who has a potential diagnosis of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), has significant psychosocial developmental delays that she continues to overcome as the series develops, and is an emblem for the cultural mythology of the 1980s.
Jonathan Byers
Jonathan Byers (Charlie Heaton) routinely tops lists of the worst Stranger Things characters, and it's not hard to see why. First of all, taking pictures of Nancy without her consent was extremely creepy and a few edits aren't going to make fans forget that.
Season 4 has been said to be the most scary, and the Duffer Brothers even listed “Nightmare on Elm Street” and “Hellraiser” as inspirations for the most recent season in contrast to the slightly more innocent “E.T.,” “Goonies” etc. for the earlier seasons, in which the kids were still actually kids.
Steve — He's A Pretty Damn Good Babysitter
His newfound friendships with Dustin and Robin turned him into one of the kindest, funniest characters in Stranger Things. Steve is most amusing and charming when, willingly or unwillingly, babysitting the younger characters.
In Stranger Things Season 4, especially Season 4 Part 2, Will Byers appears to be experiencing several emotional outbursts prompted by inner turmoil. Since Season 1, Will has always been deemed a more sensitive character, especially following his kidnapping into the Upside Down and his possession by the Mind Flayer.
Other than violence, the characters do swear a lot, but sex, drinking and drugs are not as present. 8 people found this helpful.
At his empire's height, Vecna was betrayed and destroyed by his most trusted lieutenant, a vampire called Kas the Bloody-Handed, using a magical sword that Vecna himself had crafted for him, now known as the Sword of Kas.
In episode 7, Vecna is revealed to be Henry Creel (played as a youngster by Raphael Luce), the son of Victor Creel (Robert Englund) and his wife Virginia (Tyner Rushing) shown in the 1950s flashbacks.
As Vecna continued to go after young victims in order to open more portals, he set his sights on Max Mayfield, since she was investigating the deaths of Chrissy and another student named Fred Benson with help from her friends (including Dustin, Steve, and her boyfriend Lucas).
Vecna's telepathic and telekinetic powers are extremely potent, arguably on par with Eleven. Unlike his nemesis, however, Vecna inflicts pain and suffering on innocent people. The worst part is that his victims have no way to defend themselves against his psychic invasion as they truly believe themselves to be guilty.
First, it's worth noting that the maker of Stranger Things, Netflix, has rated it TV-14. That means they don't think it's appropriate for anyone under 14 to watch it. Of course, not all 14-year-olds are the same. At 14 years old, I watched things much more gruesome (I became a wimp later in life).
Is the Demogorgon real? While the monster that we all love to hate is not actually real, the Demogorgon has existed before in the real world. On the show, the monster is named after the Dungeons & Dragons character which is known as the Prince of Demons.
Using past traumas to break down his victims, Vecna brought Nancy to the pool where Barb was killed by the Demogorgon and revealed her mangled corpse.
With Vecna taking centre-stage in the fourth season of Stranger Things, eagle-eyed fans have been spotting clues that he's actually been around since season one.
Joyce and Chief Hopper found an unconscious Will Byers strung up in the Upside Down version of the public library; he had a tendril in his mouth, extending through his trachea, and into his lungs. Hopper pulled it out of his throat before shooting and destroying it.
