The first known Quirk is said to have been wielded by a baby in China's Qing Qing City. While the reason behind the sudden appearance of this Quirk is unknown, it is said that the baby wielding this Quirk glowed with a luminescent light, and was thus called the 'Luminescent Baby'.
Anime Debut
The Luminescent Baby (発光する赤児, Hakkō suru akago?) was the first person in the world born with a Quirk.
I also think that quirks first emerged around the 1910-1920s. Or at least, that's the earliest they could emerge. 2 mins and roughly 50 seconds in the first episode, there is a scene of the hospital where the glowing baby was born.
As time passes in the manga and anime, Eri is later seven years old. Initially, Eri lacks control over her Quirk and doesn't learn to use it properly for quite some time, but as time passes, she is able to use her Quirk for better things and is able to escape her past.
Anan Kurose ( 黒 くろ 瀬 せ 亜 あ 南 なん , Kurose Anan?), also known as Space Hero: Thirteen (スペースヒーロ・13 号 ごう , Supēsu Hīrō Jū-san Gō?), is a Pro Hero who specializes in search and rescue, and a faculty member of U.A.
The man that would be known as Nine was born with a Quirk that allowed him to control and manipulate the weather around him. His Quirk was immensely powerful and was viewed as a god-like ability. At the same time though, Nine was one of the many who felt outcasted in society and believed that it should not be this way.
The Mother of Quirks ("個性"の母, "Kosei" no Haha?), as she came to be known posthumously, was the mother of Chikara Yotsubashi, also known as Destro, founder and former commander of the Meta Liberation Army. She got this title because she was the first person to use the word "Quirk" to describe Meta Abilities.
Izuku was born without any unique superpower, or "Quirk", to call his own unlike his parents and 80% of the world's population. Despite this setback, he grew up with aspirations to be a hero in his own right and began to idolize the superhero All Might.
Answer: a peculiarity of action, behavior, or personality; mannerism: He is full of strange quirks. a shift, subterfuge, or evasion; quibble.
A quirk is something unusual or interesting that happens by chance.
Tail (Mashirao Ojiro)
The worst quirk in class belongs to Mashiro Ojiro. His power is tail, and that's everything you need to know. He has a relatively strong tail, allowing him to pack an extra punch in hand-to-hand combat. He can also use it to swing around, similar to a capuchin monkey!
The protagonist of My Hero Academia, Izuku Midoriya was the first Quirkless character to be introduced. Izuku was born without a Quirk, but despite that, he wanted to become the Number One Hero, just like All Might.
All For One is arguably the rarest and most powerful Quirk possessed by any villain in My Hero Academia. This Quirk so thoroughly defines its bearer that he's taken it as his name. All For One's Quirk lets him steal Quirks from other people and use them as though they were his own.
While not every One For All user has had multiple Quirks, some of them did indeed possess more than one, with the first user of One For All, Yoichi Shigaraki, being the prime example. He has access to two Quirks, as did Hikage Shinomori, and Diagoro Banjo.
She's the daughter of 'The Boss' – the leader of Shie Hassaikai. He left Overhaul responsible for her care – and no, he wasn't terribly thrilled with what was happening there. Though that had more to do with what Overhaul was trying to accomplish, than what was being done to Eri.
Eri was first introduced as the "daughter" of Chisaki Kai during the Shie Hassaikai arc. She was abandoned by her mother, the daughter of the yakuza leader when her mutation Quirk manifested and left in her grandfather's care.
Float: The Quirk wielded by the seventh user, Nana Shimura. This Quirk allows the user to levitate.
Smoke is a quirk used by Sayuri Saito.
Toshinori Yagi/All Might
The eighth user of One For All, All Might was a former superhero and an inspiration to many children in his prime, including Izuku when he was younger. All Might inherited One For All from Nana Shimura and wielded the Quirk for forty years. He became the Symbol of Peace and the No. 1 Pro Hero.
The violent and disturbing scenes from My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising, mentioned above, might scare or disturb children aged 8-13 years.
