The name "Order 66" comes from the secretive clone protocol that labeled all as Jedi traitors to the Republic and sentenced them to execution. The order was built into an inhibitor chip in the clones' brains, so following the instruction was compulsory.
Order 67 was an order requiring clone troopers to dance. During the Battle of Utapau, Darth Sidious accidentally issued Order 67 when he meant to use Order 66. Just after the order was executed, Cody and his troops began dancing.
Aftermath. Although Order 66 greatly depleted the Jedi Order's ranks, with an estimated less than 100 Jedi surviving it, it was only the beginning of the Great Jedi Purge, which stretched on for years and claimed the lives of many of the survivors of the initial onslaught.

During the Battle of Kashyyyk, Jedi Grand Master Yoda was forced to flee when Supreme Chancellor Sheev Palpatine issued Order 66 to clone troopers across the galaxy. Striking down Clone Commander Gree and a clone scout trooper, Yoda escaped Kachirho with the help of Wookiee warriors Tarfful and Chewbacca.
The execution of Order 66 marked the destruction of the Jedi Order. Before the Galactic Senate, Palpatine told the galaxy that the Jedi were traitors who had attempted to kill him and seize power, and the destruction of the Jedi was greeted with applause by the Senate.
Some clones disobeyed the infamous order than decimated the Jedi order, and refused to execute it. SOME of these Clones include; Captain Rex: Captain Rex, as most know removed his chip that would later be the way that Palpatine would execute order 66. Wolffe: As with Captain Rex Wolffe removed his bio chip.

Through Order 66, the 501st was directed by Darth Sidious to execute the former Jedi Ahsoka Tano, turning their guns on Commander Rex as well when he was saved from Order 66.
Through violence and friendship, Ahsoka escaped the Tribunal with Rex. They fled the Star Destroyer in a Y-wing which crashed almost immediately. Ahsoka and Rex faked their deaths at the crash site and lived in the shadows for the rest of their lives.
Order 69 was one of many orders in a series of contingency orders which the clone troopers of the Grand Army of the Republic were programmed with. Content. This order demanded that all attractive female Jedi were not to be executed, but instead captured and married to the most successful trooper in the capturing unit.
