Originally Answered: How much does Thor's new axe (Storm Breaker) weigh, and can anyone else carry it? Mjolnir weighed 42.3lbs. Stormbreaker is a bit larger so I would guess around 50lbs.
Sizes: Length of the handle: 108 cm (42.54") Length of the axe head: 28 cm (11.03") Length of a working blade: 18 cm (7.09") Size of the hammer: 9.5 cm (3.74") x 9.5 cm (3.74") Weight: 4.7 kg (10.34 lbs) Color of the handle: brown.
Although Stormbreaker and Mjolnir have very similar properties and powers, Stormbreaker is the most powerful weapon wielded by Thor so far. The obvious reasons are that Stormbreaker is the physically larger weapon out of the two, and not to mention that it is an axe, which could well be more dangerous than a hammer.
Can anyone lift Stormbreaker? Yes - but it's meant to be the strongest Asgardian weapon, and not just anyone can fully utilize its abilities.
Stormbreaker has the additional power to summon the Bifröst, allowing Thor to teleport anywhere in the Nine Realms. Screen Rant has identified Stormbreaker as the more powerful of the two, based on this ability, as well as it being a much larger and edged weapon.
And Mathaudhu can cite documentary sources to back him up. For example, Marvel – which publishes the Thor comics – issued a “Thor's Hammer” trading card in 1991 that states Mjolnir is made of Uru and weighs precisely 42.3 pounds. That's lighter than a herd of 300 billion mice, much less a herd of 300 billion elephants.
Thor's Stormbreaker
He can fight Hulk with bare hands, and we have seen him do the same in Thor: Ragnarok as well. Thor's Stormbreaker is a much powerful weapon than Mjolnir, and it pierced the body of Mad Titan.
Notably, many of Thor's greatest feats have to do with lifting or throwing entire planets out of orbit (or objects that weigh as much as planets). He lifted the World Serpent – a creature weighing trillions of tons, using only his strength and a magic fishing rod.
Mjolnir, the Mystical Uru Warhammer
Mjolnir was forged for Thor Odinson's grandfather by the dwarves, who used the core of a star and Uru metal to form the iconic hammer and imbue it with its immense strength and magic. It is nearly invulnerable and is capable of great destruction.
Thor is delighted to have the repaired hammer back in his life, but his joy causes some friction between him and his new weapon, the ax Stormbreaker that he forged in Avengers: Infinity War. Stormbreaker is jealous and acting out, and according to director Taika Waititi, it's Groot's fault.
It's easy, Thanos managed to lift Stormbreaker because the weapon doesn't have worthiness enchantment on it, and practically anyone with sufficient physical strength is able to wield it. Not all Asgardian weapons come with worthy enchantment.
Thor: 3,500 lb.
Assessing Thor's strength might be even harder than the Hulk. Basing it off his pitches with the hammer Mjolnir won't help us either; the mystical mallet's weight is a mystery, and while we can't be sure, it seems to be psionically connected to him, flying where he wants.
Could Hela destroy Stormbreaker like she did Mjolnir? Not likely. Stormbreaker took the brunt of all six Infinity Stones and kept on going. Mjolnir was a conduit for Thor's powers and had even previously been wielded by Hela.
-It is made exactly in accordance with the size of the Stormbreaker Axe in the movie, with a 1:1 ratio. The height of the axe is 131cm/51.57inch. -This axe weighs about 6KG, so it can not only be used as a perfect collectible, but you can also use it for cosplay.
The Asgardian weapon is nigh-indestructible, capable of summoning the Bifrost and is able to withstand energy blasts created by the Infinity Stones. Thor used Stormbreaker to defend his forces against the attacks from the Outriders, Chitauri, and Thanos.
Vibranium can also cut the Hulk due to the same reasoning as Adamantium -- they are two of the strongest metals in the world. The one thing to note is that when Hulk gets angrier, his skin becomes more durable and can then withstand even these metals.
Yes, the ax part of the head of the hammer could and the reason why is its magic or mystically imbued and Superman is vulnerable to magic and mystical imbued weapons it's like from say d&d if you had a magical dagger or a magical Hammer it would hurt it it would probably could kill him he's vulnerable to magic.
UNLIMITED STRENGTH
The answer; there isn't one. The amazing thing about the Hulk is that unlike nearly every other superhero ever created, the Hulk's strength has absolutely no upper limit. He can lift a commercial airplane – which weighs around 100 tons – when he is at his calmest; that's no problem for him.
He replied: "If Thor's hammer is made of neutron-star matter, implied by legend, then it weighs as much as a herd of 300-billion elephants." After some quick math, it turns out that 300 billion elephants is actually 4.5 quadrillion (4,500,000,000,000,000) pounds.
Forged by dwarves in the heart of a dying star, the weapon is enchanted so that it can only be lifted and wielded by those who are worthy of its powers. Both in the comics and the MCU films, many characters other than Thor himself, both heroes and villains, have been able to lift Mjolnir.
The movie doesn't explain Thor's motivations for giving up Stormbreaker, but it makes sense that Chris Hemsworth simply wanted Love to have a powerful weapon to aid her in battle. It's unlikely that he could give her Mjolnir, considering that so few people in the MCU have been deemed worthy of its power.
Can Spider Man lift Thor's axe? While Captain America and Captain Marvel have briefly lifted the weapon in different situations, the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man is yet to do so. Interestingly, this puts him in line with the other superheroes, such as Iron Man and the Hulk, who can't lift Thor's legendary hammer.
While many believed Thanos lifted Mjolnir during the Battle of Earth in Avengers: Endgame, a detail shows he knew he wasn't worthy of it. Avengers: Endgame saw all the heroes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe come together to fight Thanos and his armies and stop him from wiping out half of life in the universe again.
