Gen Z moms feel less confident. They put more emphasis on being the "perfect mom" compared to Millennials, and they strive to reach more parenting ideals, from keeping kids busy to owning the scheduling for the entire family.
Gen Z students tend to be their parents' best friends. It's much harder for parents to cut the cord when they've spent so much time with their kids.

They're money-driven and ambitious
Gen Z are 29% more likely than other generations to say they're money driven and ambitious. When it comes to saving money, they're pretty savvy. 63% of this group say they want to save more money over the next 3 months – ahead of other generations.
Among the things Generation Z cares about, racial and gender equality are at the top of the list. Gen Z is also concerned about climate change and the potential impacts their generation will have to deal with in the years to come.
MIAMI - A growing number of Millennial and Gen-Z women are choosing not to become parents. They Are Pragmatic and Financially Minded

Gen X is sometimes called the “Forgotten Generation.” They are the smallest generation by population, with about 65 million people.
However, as Brunson mentioned, the report found marriage is less of a priority for this generation than any that came before. For the 18 to 25-year-olds who were surveyed, getting married drops to tenth on the priority list when thinking about their short to long-term goals.
Gen Z and the Loneliness Epidemic
Business Insider's research further reveals that 60% of Gen Z has felt the grip of loneliness within the past year. Additionally, an alarming 30% of young people confess they are unsure how to make new friends (Vice, 2022), heightening their feelings of isolation.
And a survey of 600 individuals found that Gen Z is the most unhappy generation at work. Just 59% of Gen Z workers are happy, compared to 69% for Baby Boomers and 76% for Millennials and Gen X. In addition, 9% of Baby Boomers are unhappy at work, compared to 26% of Gen Z and 13% for Gen X and Millennials.
Students fear a lack of finances and fulfilment
The greatest fears for Generation Z centre on not achieving their hopes and dreams for the future.
Gen Z and mental health. Regarding the stats, it's clear that Gen Z is struggling. A 2022 survey of Gen Z young adults (ages 19 through 24) found that 42% are diagnosed with a mental health condition.
According to the Cigna study, 39% say worries about money are a major cause of stress. In addition, according to a study by DailyPay and Harris Poll, 48% say they are unable to move out of their parents' homes due to financial challenges, and 33% are concerned inflation will make it tough for them to buy a home.
