It says that women are most attracted to male faces that combine the best elements of both these extremes--the large eyes and medium-to-small nose of the baby's face with the strong jaw and wide cheekbones of the mature man's face.
The study also showed the differences in male- and female-perceived beauty when it comes to men and women. Women found men with a softer jaw-line, clean shaven and fuller lips as more attractive, while larger eyes and higher cheekbones were seen as more attractive on females.

Male-specific factors. Women, on average, tend to be more attracted to men who have a relatively narrow waist, a V-shaped torso, and broad shoulders. Women also tend to be more attracted to men who are taller than they are, and display a high degree of facial symmetry, as well as relatively masculine facial dimorphism.
Women stated that their favorite part of the male physique was their chest at 24%. This was closely followed by hair 22% and arms at 19%. For the ab crowd, 13% prefer defined upper abs and 9% prefer the v-cut. Eyes, face, and legs came in at 3%, 2%, and 1%, respectively.
Masculine Face Structure
Some of the common masculine facial features often include a prominent chin with or without the cleft in the middle of the chin and a squared jawline with more pronounced definition at the gonial angle (angle of the jaw next to the earlobe).
What women find attractive is great hygiene and appearance. A man's style and degree of personal care is a huge part of what makes a guy attractive to a woman. Some women may prefer an artsy style more than a sporty style, but the important thing is that the man has a style more than which style he chooses to wear.
Square Face Shape
The angle of the jaw is sharp rather than rounded. This is the most classically masculine face shape.
Though cute can be used by any woman as a casual way of saying a man is generally attractive, a cute man is a nonthreateningly attractive man who doesn't quite look overtly masculine in an aggressively sexual or potent way. He smiles a lot and is accessible, and it's hard to imagine him making a move.
Irresistible men know that a combination of honesty, kindness, humor, and confidence result in charisma. These are traits everyone wants to have, so when they find someone with those characteristics, it's easy to feel attracted to them. After all, they are everything you want to be.
having an attractive, well-proportioned, and imposing appearance suggestive of health and strength; good-looking. a handsome man. a handsome woman.
Handsome is usually used to describe a man or boy who is good-looking, with strong regular features. It can also be used to describe a woman, usually an older woman, who has attractive but masculine features. Good-looking can be used to describe anyone who you think is nice to look at.
Studies have shown that women tend to prefer more masculine faces when judging for a short-term than for a long-term relationship. Indeed, in a variety of studies cycle effects are often more likely seen when women judge for short-term relations (Gangestad & Thornhill, 2008).
Traits of a masculine lip
Masculine lips have a greater distance between the nostrils and the border of the upper lip. We also refer to this as the height or length of the upper lip. More space between the nose and the upper lip is recognizable as a masculine trait.
The diamond shaped face is the rarest of face shapes, and is defined by a narrow forehead, wide cheekbones and a narrow chin. Diamond shaped faces are usually narrower at the eye line and jaw line, with high and often dramatic cheekbones.
The Masculine Nose
A straight, prominent bridge and a 90-degree angle from nasal tip to the upper lip are core elements of the traditional “masculine” nose. When performing a male rhinoplasty, a surgeon will aim to create a sharper-looking nose than the “feminine” approach typically used.
