Superhuman Strength: One of Queen Maeve's primary abilities is tremendously enhanced superhuman strength, far greater than that of normal human beings. She was one of the most physically powerful Supes to have ever lived, only surpassed by
Superhuman Hearing: Black Noir possesses highly acute, superhuman hearing that aids him in his fight against crime. He tracked Butcher from Becca's house, and detected the Boys in a hidden room when Terror barked, giving away their position.
The fight ends with Homelander dead and Black Noir close to it, but still clinging to life, proving that Black Noir is actually the most powerful supe in The Boys. As tough as Queen Maeve is, having already lost to Homelander, there's virtually no chance she could beat Black Noir.
As confirmed by Thandiwe Newton (via Insider), Maeve's power strengthens in response to a deep survival instinct - one of the attributes Ford originally pumped up. Her mastery of technology from Westworld season 3 was likely triggered the same way.
But, surprisingly, both Queen Maeve and Soldier Boy survive. Maeve, now powerless (Soldier Boy's radiation removed the Compound V in her system, just like it did to Kimiko), is also free to live the life she always wanted with her girlfriend Elena.
Maeve manages to give Butcher three vials of Temp-V or V-24, levelling the playing field by giving its user powers for 24 hours. But all in vain. Maeve gets more V-24 to Butcher and feeling dejected and defeated, the two get drunk and have sex, which left everyone shocked.
6 Queen Maeve
In actual physical combat, Homelander and Soldier Boy (Jensen Ackles) are the only two who would likely be able to beat Maeve.
She is at first rejoiced at being selected, however is later sexually assaulted when the Deep extorts her into performing oral sex on him in "The Name of the Game" in order for her to stay on the team.
In Garth Ennis' original comic books, a huge number of supes are capable of flight compared to the TV show. By bringing that number right down, Homelander begins to look even more special and unique among his own kind. Unfortunately, that means Queen Maeve having her wings clipped.
In both the comic and TV series, Noir is a member of the hedonistic and reckless Vought-American superhero group the Seven and is depicted as a "silent ninja" type parody of Batman, Snake Eyes and Deathstroke.
“Homelander is basically the weakest character in the show. So he's constantly covering that up and covering up the fact that he's actually incredibly vulnerable, and ultimately weak, even though he's the physically strongest person on the show.” Starr admits.
Starlight is the one member of The Seven who has genuinely good intentions and wants to help people. Unfortunately for her, she's not the most powerful member of the team, so she has to work with others to influence The Seven from the inside and stop her villainous co-members from committing evil.
One of the most powerful characters on The Boys, Homelander has heightened levels of superstrength, durability, stamina, and senses. He also possesses heat vision that he can either choose to shoot with a laser focus or use as a concussive force from his eyes.
During Payback's fight against Soldier Boy, Black Noir received catastrophic brain injuries that left him both unable to verbally communicate and saddled with bizarre hallucinations of cartoon animals.
Biological. Blunt Force/Limited Durability: Despite being more powerful than Homelander, Black Noir is not immortal.
Powers. Sonic Clap: By clapping his hands together, Supersonic could generate powerful sound waves. He appears to have a great control over the intensity of each sound wave produced by his claps. His powers were demonstrated in the "Rock My Kiss" music video, produced in 2008 by the Vought Music Group.
Maeve was eventually killed while protecting Starlight from Homelander and Black Noir, though Homelander easily overpowered her after she struck him on the head with her sword, shattering it in the process. He then flung her decapitated head at Starlight as she flew away from The Seven's headquarters.
Elena is a recurring character in the Amazon series The Boys. She is Queen Maeve's girlfriend.
While the latter certainly has some mighty powers, she gets overwhelmed when paired with someone of her power level. Not to mention, Homelander and Black Noir were able to take her down as well. Wonder Woman is the clear victor and the strongest between the two.
Starlight is a parody of both Doctor Light and Stargirl as well Mary Marvel costume with little Powergirl-influenced outfit.
Although Hughie is angry at Butcher, he soon comes to accept his powers (which are permanent) of improved strength and durability.
So in order to save not just the lives of the people she loves, but the entire world, she sucks it up and goes further down the rabbit hole, “revealing” a secret relationship with Homelander in the American Hero finale in order to rehabilitate his image, and taking it one step further by kissing him.
The grand finale of The Boys comic book series confirms that there is only one hero who is actually stronger than Homelander, and that's his (even more) evil clone, Black Noir. Created to be an upgraded version of Homelander, Black Noir proves his superiority in the final battle between these two deranged powerhouses.
Character Information
Queen Maeve is a bisexual character from The Boys.
Kimiko Miyashiro
With superhuman strength, durability, and agility, Kimiko is a force to be reckoned with. Not to mention, Kimiko has insanely powerful regenerative abilities, as we first see in Season 1 where she is able to survive fatal dagger wounds from Black Noir in just a matter of minutes.
