"Becoming, Part Two" is the season finale of the second season of Buffy the Vampire Slayer television show, and the thirty-fourth episode in the series. Written and directed by Joss Whedon, it originally broadcast on May 19, 1998, on The WB network.
They turn out to live another day, but the absence of sunlight makes Los Angeles a party town for vampires. Cordelia receives visions that convince the group that Angelus is the only one who knows how to stop the Beast, so they extract Angel's soul.
Angel (David Boreanaz) is resurrected mysteriously by the unseen Powers That Be. While Buffy is happy to have Angel back, he seems to have lost much of his sanity in Hell. Buffy helps Angel recover but, having seen Angel's demonic side, Buffy's friends distrust him until he saves them from a monster.

After Buffy and Angel sleep together, Angel loses his soul, reverting to his supremely evil Angelus persona and teaming up with Drusilla and then villainous Spike.
Angel/Angelus
Angel lost his soul twice: first, when he slept with Buffy Summers, and again, due to a spell.
Later, in Angel's perfect-day dream sequence, Angel and Cordelia consummated their relationship, but Angel called out "Buffy!" as he lost his soul, just as he did in Sunnydale years earlier.
For years, there have been whispers of Cordelia being written off of Angel because Whedon was upset with Carpenter's pregnancy. Carpenter confirmed as much in her statement, admitting that Whedon “asked me if I was 'going to keep it' and manipulatively weaponized my womanhood and faith against me.
Crossovers with Angel
Both episodes feature multiple flashbacks to the history of Spike (James Marsters) and Darla (Julie Benz), shown from their respective viewpoints. Angel (David Boreanaz) and Drusilla (Juliet Landau) also appear in both episodes.
A Hole In The World
Upon discovering that releasing the spirit would kill thousands, they had no choice than to allow Fred to die. Her heroic sacrifice remains the show's most heartbreak moment and one of its saddest episodes. Fred's death hit Wesley the hardest, as they had just become a couple.
Angelus is the original form of Angel and the main antagonist of the Buffyverse, acting as the overarching antagonist of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and the main antagonist of Angel.
As they fight, the Mohra demon cuts Angel. Angel kills the demon. Its blood, eventually found to be the Blood of Eternity, merges with his own, and he becomes human. Realizing what this means for their relationship, Angel spends the night with Buffy.
Unknown to Buffy, Angel is released from his curse and turned back into the infamous Angelus. The gang eventually find out that there was a second aspect to the gypsy curse; if Angel ever were to experience a moment of true happiness, he would lose his soul and revert to his former evil self.
No. He stayed away from them.
Connor then dies in Angel's arms. He is restored to life when Angel provokes Gunn into killing him, forcing the Senior Partners to turn back time to the moment of the original alleyway fight in the television finale.
Wilson and Cordelia kiss again and spend the night together in lovemaking. She wakes the next morning to an empty bed and is horrified to find she has grown very pregnant.
Tl;dr: Jasmine possessed Cordelia when she left the higher dimension; the memory restoration only triggered Jasmine's control over Cordelia; Cordelia slept with Connor in the sense that Jasmine was possessing her body at the time; Cordelia's body was pregnant with Connor's baby but it wasn't exactly a baby.
Cordelia fell into a coma giving birth to Jasmine, and a season later she died offscreen in a hospital bed, the events leading up to her death erased from history.
In a life or death situation with Buffy, Cordelia privately confessed to her to that unless it was some temporary insanity, she genuinely fell in love with Xander.
Cordelia loves her father as much as any child loves their parent but does not feel she can flatter her father by making him feel there is no room in her heart for any other love.
In the fourth season of Angel, she appears to take on a villainous role before it is revealed that she is possessed by a malevolent deity; this storyline eventually leads to her death and subsequent exit from the series.
The Ritual of Restoration was a curse to restore a vampire's soul. It was used on Angelus by the Kalderash people after the notorious vampire murdered their most beloved daughter. When Angel's curse was broken in 1998, Willow Rosenberg performed the spell a second time to restore his soul.
After killing a nest of vampires, Illyria revealed to the group that Angel was no longer a vampire, leaving Connor feeling angry and betrayed.
In the series, she met Angel (David Boreanaz), who was a 241-year-old vampire with a human soul.
