Pisces are the most introverted zodiac sign. They keep venturing into different worlds, daydreaming and fantasizing about fictitious scenarios. Therefore, people mistake them for being stubborn and inattentive but that's really not the case.

Plenty of studies say extroverts are happier: We compared the upper 10% of consistently very happy people with average and very unhappy people. The very happy people were highly social, and had stronger romantic and other social relationships than less happy groups.
Pisces. This very sensitive and emotional star sign habitually claims the top spot in the most shy zodiac signs list. Pisces is always on the edge and is very serious about guarding their feelings.
Playful and intellectually curious, Gemini is constantly juggling a variety of passions, hobbies, careers, and friend groups. They are the social butterflies of the zodiac: These quick-witted twins can talk to anyone about anything.
Virgo (23rd August - 22nd September)
One of the smartest and most pragmatic zodiac signs, Virgo, is also one of the shy zodiac signs. They are introverts at heart! Virgos don't enjoy drawing attention to themselves unless it is necessary.
Scorpio: A Scorpio will never reveal your secrets if you confide in them and advise them to zip their lips up. Being the most secretive of all Zodiac signs, Scorpios are closed books who like to keep their matters private.
There are times when a Capricorn prefers to keep to themselves and have very little social interaction. Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Leo, Libra, Sagittarius and Aquarius may need company.
Probably the best that can be said is that it is easiest to make the case for the INFP, INTP, or ISTP as the most introverted personality type.
ISFJ. ISFJ's are quiet, conscientious, and kind. They are responsible in nature and are committed to meeting their obligations. They have a tendency to put the needs of others above their own.
Signs like Sagittarius, Gemini, Libra, Leo, Aries, and Virgo are funniest, always ready with a joke. Sagittarius can find humor in any circumstance. Gemini is clever, while Libra is extra sociable. Aries is great with physical humor, and Virgo has lots of sarcasm.
The least confident signs: Virgo, Aquarius, Cancer
Virgos are often seen as the least confident of the zodiac signs due to their analytical and perfectionist nature. They tend to overthink and second guess decisions, which can lead to feelings of self-doubt and insecurity.
The least confident zodiac sign is Pisces. This doesn't mean they are the most insecure zodiac sign though. Pisces are very introspective and dreamy, which can make them feel lost in their own thoughts. They are sensitive souls who feel everything deeply – both their own emotions and those of others.

Introversion isn't totally genetic. It gets influenced by your environment at a young age, and our genes allow a certain amount of flexibility in response. This happens through “set points,” which are the upper and lower limits of how much extroversion your brain can handle.
Introverts are good at understanding their emotions and regulating their behavior. They're also particularly skilled at reading other people, an emotional intelligence skill that serves them well in relationships.
Introverts tend to be more prone to overthinking than extroverts, but it's possible for anyone to fall into this trap. Being an introvert means you have a tendency towards self-reflection that can take its toll if you're not careful.
