Tashigi possesses the ability to use Busoshoku Haki. She was able to cut Monet, a Logia user, causing her to bleed.
There is however, a third type of Haki, Conqueror's Haki, that only a few individuals can use. Tashigi is not one of these people.
Tashigi is a Marine Captain and she works under Smoker, a Captain of the G-5 Unit of the Marines. Over the two-year time-skip, Tashigi gained the ability to use both Observation and Armament Haki, however, her control over both of these types is weak.

Zoro x Tashigi is a ship hyped up by many fans, Zoro vs Tashigi, however, is not. Huge props to Tashigi for becoming a captain and learning rudimentary Haki relatively quickly, but she is just not on the same league as Zoro; their capabilities are worlds apart.
Smoker in return, tells her that he does not know and that they need to report all of this. Still in Smoker's body, Tashigi is seen fighting alongside Smoker and the G-5 marines in an attempt to break through the front of the research facility. She uses Smoker's Devil Fruit powers but with little control.

A rank that could only be acquired when certain conditions, which include strength, are met. She is indeed strong, but Nami's Zeus is not for show either.
For this very reason, Zoro seems to have a soft spot for Tashigi and claims that she is the only person he cannot face in battle. Her impeccable resemblance to Kuina might have left a soft spot in Zoro's heart which gave birth to their bittersweet relationship.

Tashigi (たしぎ, Tashigi) is a Navy officer serving under Chaser Smoker in the base of G-5. She was originally introduced as a Sergeant, or Sergeant-Major in Roguetown until she got promoted to the rank of Ensign, due to the Alabasta events. During the timeskip, she is promoted to the post of Captain.
Enel has the ability known as Kenbunshoku Haki, known as "Mantra" in the sky islands. His Haki is further enhanced by his Devil Fruit powers, making him virtually omniscient of the thoughts and actions of Skypiea.
It's no surprise that Luffy possesses the power to use all three types of Haki, being someone who aims to become the Pirate King. In fact, Luffy has successfully taken his Armament and Observation Haki to extreme levels, making him a magnificent pirate in the process.
One Piece's weakest Conqueror's Haki user is undoubtedly Eustass Kid. He's shown no signs of training or skill with the technique, as well as showing no signs of Advanced Conqueror's Haki. While it's likely he eventually becomes more skillful with it, Kid currently ranks as the weakest user of the form in the series.
During the Whitebeard War, Coby awakened an ability known as Observation Haki. Coby was shown hunched over and crying on the battlefield, saying the voices in his head were disappearing one by one as the combatants around him were slain, much like what Aisa felt during the Skypiea Arc.
Zoro is a very powerful fighter and he possesses all three types of Haki. Zoro was able to use Conqueror's Haki unknowingly against Kaido. Biggest Feat: With his newfound power, Zoro managed to defeat the right-hand man of Kaido, however, his biggest feat is scarring Kaido.
Law possesses the ability to use Kenbunshoku Haki. During the Raid on Onigashima, Law demonstrated great skill in this type of Haki as he was able to sense that Luffy was defeat by Kaidou, and was also able to sense Luffy Devil Fruit Awakening.
It wouldn't get in the way of the main story, since it's already finished. Typically, One Piece fans speculate that Robin could end up with someone like Franky, or even mature characters like Brook and Jinbei. Another popular suggestion is Trafalgar Law, since they both share an interest in history.
Kuina was a childhood friend and rival of Roronoa Zoro. She was the daughter of Koushirou and a descendant of Wano Country's famed Shimotsuki Family. Her death at the age of eleven drove much of Zoro's ambitions as a swordsman, including his development of the Three Sword Style.
He gained some fighting skills when he trained under Vice Admiral Monkey D. Garp alongside Helmeppo. After two years, he reached the rank of captain. As a Marine captain, he has command over the lower-ranking Marines and is in charge of his own ship.
Saijo O Wazamono [Supreme Grade Swords] are the 12 Supreme Grade Swords of the highest quality. Confirmed to be of supreme grade are, Yoru owned by Dracule Mihawk, Shodai Kitetsu [meaning First-generation Demon Splitter] owned by the bald member of Five Elders and Murakumogiri owned by Whitebeard before his death.
Being of the lowest grade of the three swords, Sandai Kitetsu is the weakest of all the Kitetsu swords. Its name also indicates it was the last of the three to be made. The panel of Zoro keeping Sandai Kitetsu in the manga is extremely similar to that of Zoro keeping Enma.
Kitetsu literally means "Demon-Splitter". Both Nidai Kitetsu and Sandai Kitetsu have a rounded cross pattée tsuba. The Kitetsu swords are not the only cursed swords in the world, which was first revealed when Law's sword, Kikoku, was revealed to be a cursed sword. These are the only cursed swords shown thus far.

Baby 5. Although they initially fought against each other at Dressrosa, Baby 5 fell in love with Sai. After he dismissed her, she prepared to kill herself, but Sai stopped her and defeated Lao G after declaring that he would marry her regardless.
Nami loves treasure, yet she values her companions even more so. Speaking of which, One Piece fans often wonder if she's into anybody. Romance is rarely a focal point in the One Piece series. However, a good portion of the fanbase loves to ship characters with each other.
