“You were right about me. Tell your sister… you were right.” Those were the last words Anakin Skywalker, aka Darth Vader, ever said while he was alive.

In terms of the evil Sith, his final line would be in his duel with Luke, "If you will not turn to the Dark Side, then perhaps she will." However, as newly redeemed Anakin Skywalker, and for the character as a whole, the final line of his was heartbreaking, "You were right about me.
His last words were Luke, do not underestimate the powers of the Emperor, or suffer your father's fate, you will. Luke, when gone am I, the last of the Jedi, will you be. Pass on what you have learned.”
Vader ultimately redeems himself by saving his son, Luke Skywalker, and killing Palpatine, sacrificing his own life in the process. He is also the secret husband of Padmé Amidala, the biological father of Princess Leia, and the grandfather of Kylo Ren (Ben Solo).
Vader was hunting down the pilot who blew up the Death Star, and hired Boba Fett to find them. Boba was unable to, but he did give Vader a name: “Skywalker.” This, combined with his knowing Luke was Force-sensitive and had been trained by Obi-Wan, was what made him realize the truth.
