How It Works. Deku's final quirk is known as 'gearshift'. It's a quirk that is activated via physical contact. It allows the user to change the velocity of anything they touch, meaning they can spontaneously slow things down, or speed things up.
All Might passed on his transferable Quirk to Izuku, making him the ninth and current holder of One For All.
As of now, Deku has access to seven Quirks, namely One For All, Transmission, Fa Jin, Danger Sense, Blackwhip, Smokescreen, and Float. The basic gist of all these powers is that they all come from the previous One For All users, with their abilities becoming stronger throughout the generations.
One For All is one of the strongest Quirks in My Hero Academia, if not the strongest. It allows the super to stockpile incredible amounts of power within their body which, when released, grants a tremendous boost in power.
The seventh user of One For All, Nana Shimura is a superheroine with the Quirk, Float. She was a friend of Gran Torino and All Might's mentor, teaching him in an optimistic manner.
1 Shigaraki
All For One is arguably the rarest and most powerful Quirk possessed by any villain in My Hero Academia. This Quirk so thoroughly defines its bearer that he's taken it as his name.
During his time as the Number One Hero, All Might fought All For One twice and managed to defeat him during both encounters. Without a doubt, he's far stronger than Izuku Midoriya.
Izuku was raised primarily by his mother Inko, who has the ability to make small objects float towards herself. His father, Hisashi, whose quirk allows him to breathe fire, is not seen due to him working abroad in the United States.
Deku had unlocked all but two of the Quirks in One for All prior to episode 20 of season 6, leaving only the Second and Third User's Quirks unknown. However, these two did not seem to approve of Deku, and when he spoke to One for All's previous users in My Hero Academia, they faced away from him and said nothing.
Transmission is another booster Quirk like Fa Jin. It previously belonged to the second user of One For All, whose name remains unknown and is the final Quirk that Deku will inherit from One For All. Transmission allows Deku to modify the speed of any objects he touches.
Quirkless Villain Deku: Izuku doesn't get any quirk, and uses his intelligence instead to obtain information from other heroes. He also can be proficient in martial arts, and/or carrying a support weapon.
Coincidentally, Nine also fought Izuku Midoriya, the ninth holder of One For All and made an unsuccessful attempt to steal the Quirk from him.
According to the events of My Hero Academia so far, Deku grew up without a Quirk. He was given the OFA Quirk when he met All Might. The series does give an explanation for why Deku was deemed Quirkless. With that said, more than a few fans are skeptical about it.
Unlike many other answers, Deku at 100% is closer to Naruto than people think. But Naruto still wrecks him. Death Battle did a fight between Might Guy and All Might, with Guy having to open the eighth gate to beat All Might at his prime. In a brute force match up (hand to hand combat) Deku would put up a good fight.
1 All Might Is Better: Number One
In Bakugo's case, becoming the Number One is much harder due to Izuku Midoriya existing in his path. Although close, Bakugo always ends up being second-fiddle to him and might never actually enjoy the same status as All Might once did.
My Hero Academia: Endeavor Confirms Deku Has Already Surpassed All Might. In chapter 356 of My Hero Academia, Endeavor is accosted by a younger version of himself in a shocking way that reveals his true feelings. Warning! Spoilers ahead for My Hero Academia chapter 356!
A character quirk is an unusual feature that sets your character apart from others. Many of the most famous figures in literature have distinctive quirks, from Harry Potter's lightning scar to Hercule Poirot's mind-blowing detective abilities.
The first person to manifest a Quirk was a newborn baby in the city of Quig Quig, China, who had the ability to emanate light from their body.
2 Yagi Toshinori
He received the One For All Quirk from Nana Shimura and also inherited her will to save those in need. Yagi made One For All his and mastered the power to a degree that no other user has up until now. At 100% of his power, he could fight and overpower All For One.
All Might, from My Hero Academia, is the strongest known Hero to ever exist. As a wielder of the precious One For All Quirk, All Might held the power to match and defeat All For One in battle. To date, he's clashed against All For One twice and defeated him on both occasions.
All For One is incapable of stealing One For All from its wielder, as that Quirk, by its very nature, can only be passed on if the present wielder wills it. Thus, wielders of One For All can act as a natural counter of sorts against All For One's ability to steal other Quirks.
