Childhood. Harleen Frances Quinzel was born on July 20, 1990 in Gotham City. Harley's family life was largely dysfunctional as her drunkard father constantly tried to abandon her though she always found her way back home.
AQUARIUS (JANUARY 20 – FEBRUARY 18): JOKER
What truly makes Joker an unstoppable force in Gotham is his perceptive and quick-witted nature. He, much like an Aquarius, possesses a certain je ne sais quoi that holds the affections of Harley Quinn and even Batman himself.
Her moon is also in Cancer, which means she's easily influenced by the one she loves (hello, Mistah J). She cares too much and has a hard time letting go. This aspect also makes her very feisty and protective of those she love. She can be a bit smothering also.

Bubbly, energetic, and charming, Harley often hides her demented mind behind a childish exterior, which she can combine with the flirtatious demeanor of a woman who is aware of her good looks and will use them to get what she wants.

Leos are regal, fierce, and proud. Just like a Leo, Catwoman knows exactly what she's worth – as many diamonds, priceless artifacts, and stacks of cash as she can steal.
Personality Disorder, specifically, Histrionic Personality Disorder plays a key part in Harley Quinn's life. People with Histrionic Personality Disorder are “pervasive and excessive emotionally and display attention-seeking behavior” (Bornstein 1998).
However, there has been one green spot of light in her love life in the form of Pamela Isley, Poison Ivy. And in Batman: Urban Legends #1, Harley confirms that no matter her turbulent past with the clown, Ivy really is the one true love of her life and the soulmate she wants back.

Following her introduction to the DC Universe in 1999, Harley Quinn was depicted as the sidekick and lover of the Joker as well as the criminal associate and best friend of fellow supervillain Poison Ivy.

Harley seems to qualify for HPD, and the over-sexualisation of herself could indicate trauma of a sexual nature from a young age. She also likely has ADHD or another attention based disorder and is struggling through a lot of trauma.
The story "High School Lows" from DC Saved by the Belle Reve #1 (by Tim Seeley, Scott Kolins, John Kalisz, and Wes Abbott) reveals that Harley's worst fear is a truly corrupted Poison Ivy (aka Pamela Isley). Something she doesn't realize is already quietly coming to fruition in the core-DC Universe.
“ROTTEN” The only other tattoo on Harley Quinn's face is her ROTTEN tattoo which is written in all caps across the right side of her cheek on the same side as her heart tattoo.

Weakness: Harley Quinn appears to be fearless, yet she doesn't have enhanced strength, speed, or metahuman powers, making her vulnerable to physical attacks from her more powerful opponents.
