ABO O has been found associated with higher anger in a study of male patients with myocardial infarction [4]. ABO A has been found in one study to be associated with obsessive compulsiveness though this has not been replicated in other studies [5], [6].
According to popular belief, people with type A blood are friendly and kind, people with type B are spontaneous and creative, and people with type O are confident and aggressive.
Blood Group O
Their negative side is that they can be obsessive, arrogant, irresponsible, easily distracted and aggressive.
Participants with the A+ve blood group were more value-oriented, committed, showed integrity and altruistic behavior with P-value=0.032, 0.000, 0.013, and 0.032 respectively. Conclusion: People with the blood group A+ve had the highest emotional quotient than other blood groups.
Of the eight main blood types, people with Type O have the lowest risk for heart attacks and blood clots in the legs and lungs. This may be because people with other blood types have higher levels of certain clotting factors, which are proteins that cause blood to coagulate (solidify).

Blood Type AB
But in reality, they are actually among the most caring, honest, and romantic of the blood types, and are generally the first to forgive.
Group O can donate red blood cells to anybody. It's the universal donor. Group AB can donate to other AB's but can receive from all others.
In a study conducted by Cattell et al. the results indicated the rate of depression in the A and O blood types is significantly higher than the other two blood types, while this rate is higher in type A than type O (17).
O negative is the universal blood type. O negative blood type can only receive O negative blood. In an emergency situation where a patient's blood type is unknown, type O negative blood is the only blood type that is safe to use. The reason is that it is compatible with all blood types. Type O negative is known as the universal blood type.

Other studies have shown relationships between bipolar affective disorder, unipolar depression and blood type O, and between involuntary depression and blood group A9–12.
Type AB reacted most to nuts and beans, seafood, eggs, and dairy; while A2B also reacted to gluten grains. Type Rh‐negative was most reactive to eggs, dairy, nuts and beans, and gluten grains. The highest IgE scores were among types B and Rh‐negative.
