Picking up exactly where the season 6 finale finished, Castiel (Misha Collins) proclaims himself to be the new God and tells Sam (Jared Padalecki), Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Bobby Singer (Jim Beaver) to bow and profess their love for him or be killed.
He ended up betraying Crowley and absorbing all the souls, resulting in his powers reaching a level much higher than that of an archangel, but at a high price: the powers that the evil souls granted him had went to Castiel's head, causing him to proclaim himself as the new God.
Castiel appoints himself the new God and sets out to right some of the wrongs in the world, but is increasingly disturbed by ravenous entities called Leviathans, which were locked into Purgatory to prevent them from eating the rest of God's creations.
With Jack stepping into the role of God, the world went back to normal — which is something, considering how far from normal we all are in 2020 — and each and every person Chuck erased came back to their old selves. But hoo golly has Season 15 done a good job of tying up loose ends!
Eileen Leahy - Sam's final love (Season 15)
That is until Chuck wiped everyone from existence (“Despair”).
While Sam, Metatron and Donatello rescue Lucifer from Amara's hideout, Dean tries to distract her. Eventually, she discovers Dean has met God and that they're planning on freeing Lucifer from her. Metatron stays behind and tries to hold back Amara but she's too powerful for his cast and he is imploded into nothingness.
Other than that god Leviathan Castiel is weaker than chuck/god because he didn't see it as a threat to his rule or did anything to stop or defeat in they were just good stories he was writing for his favorite characters Sam and dean to combat. According to the Supernatural Wiki he becomes as powerful as Chuck.
Season 7. To reiterate, there are no bad seasons of Supernatural. However, Season 7 is the most disjointed of the bunch. The Leviathans are easily the show's least interesting villains, whose schemes for world domination somehow involve both curing cancer and fattening up the whole population to eat them.
However, against the Archangels, such as seen with Raphael, Lucifer and Michael, as well as the Alternate Michael, and Princes of Hell, such as Dagon and Ramiel, Castiel was no match for them, as all the four aforementioned individuals had easily beaten him to a bloody pulp, with Alternate Michael effortlessly knocking ...
History. Seraphim are a higher class of angel, above normal angels such as Uriel and Joshua. Castiel became a seraph after God resurrected him from the dead when Lucifer killed him in Stull Cemetery in 2010. This is later confirmed when Castiel refers to himself as a seraph to Dean and Benny while traverse Purgatory.
God, known to Sam and Dean Winchester as Chuck Shurley, is a powerful primordial being who created the universe and nearly everything it contains, including the human soul. With Death's demise, the Darkness, his own sister, is the only entity rivaling his power.
There has been hints by many characters that Castiel is God's favorite angel, due to his resurrections and improvements to his powers by the latter's hands. Castiel's resurrections has caused him to be known as God's chosen as he has earn the envy of many angels.
Season 15 - Love Confession
The season centers a lot around their relationship and it all comes to a culmination point when Cas makes the romantic declaration of love before sacrificing his life for Dean yet again.
Michael is the eldest, and loyal to his father, blindly following him and doing his bidding.
They three went into the dark room and found Castiel's newly born named child, Cassandra Masters, who had physically aged into a six year old. She displayed her unique pitch black sclera and yellow glowing iris eyes as she greets her Castiel, calling him "Father."
Season five shattered hearts effortlessly with episodes like "Abandon All Hope," which brought the deaths of Ellen and Jo. Only intensifying the pain as the season culminated in a Lucifer-possessed Sam beating Dean to a pulp, killing Castiel and Bobby, and seeing a heartbroken Dean defeated on the ground.
11 Season 3
Despite Season 2 beating it out on the Tomatometer, Season 3 of Supernatural was the most popular for fans. It earned a whopping 95% score from its audience, making it only one of two seasons to breach the 90% range. In the eyes of critics, it was just as good, coming in at 88% on the Tomatometer.
Weakest: ASMODEUS
Not only did his plan of taking over Hell fail, but he also then tried to take on Gabriel. This was a huge mistake, and when he fell, it caused the extinction of the Princes of Hell. Asmodeus never matched up to any of the denizens of Hell that appeared on Supernatural before him.
Dumah is an angel portrayed by Erica Cerra who is one of the very few angels left alive by Season 13 and appears to hold a position of power amongst the remaining few. Dumah first appears in "War of the Worlds" as Castiel's contact in Heaven who he meets with about the disappearance of Jack, Lucifer's Nephilim son.
While Crowley might be at the very top if you take into account the power of the mind, we're strictly considering inherent powers here. In that regard, he falls well short of Castiel, whom he had always avoided picking a fight with and would generally joke around to stall for time.
This is reconfirmed in the Supernatural finale when Sam's soul ascended into Heaven and materialized next to Dean's soul, making him the first person he interacted with in the afterlife. The brothers are unique in that they are the only soulmates who are family rather than spouses.
Amara was able to rapidly age through the consumption of souls. The Darkness is the most powerful being in existence. Her brother, God, and Death are the only beings close to her in power; however, Amara is ultimately stronger than either of them.
On multiple occasions, Dean has shown that - of all the women he has slept with - he truly loves Lisa. Before and during the first few episodes of, season 6, Dean lives with the Braedens for a full year, living an "Apple Pie" life. Dean's nickname for Lisa is "Lis'".
