Hawkman is one of DC's most formidable heroes, and that would go a long way in a fight against Venom. Venom has the strength advantage, but Hawkman's flight and dive-bomb attacks give him great weapons against the symbiote bonded hero.
The only truly foolproof weapon against Venom and his fellow symbiotes is the touch of Anti-Venom. Anti-Venom was born when a cancer-ridden Eddie Brock was healed by Mister Negative.
The Anti-Venom symbiote is invulnerable to the traditional weaknesses of symbiotes, fire and sonics. However it particularly vulnerable to a poison Osborn made using the Freak, and its abilities can be negated by Mr. Negative's Darkforce powers.
Spider-Man Kills Venom
The fight between Spidey and Venom in Spider-Man (2007) #3 ends with the web-slinger killing both Venom and Brock. He does this using Green Goblin's pumpkin bomb, after separating the two using church bells (Venom's weakness).
And if you think Goku has any abilities to defeat Venom, Venom assimilated the genetic information, and by extension the powers and abilites, of every entity that has existed or will exist in the universe, which included cosmic beings. Goku has little to no chance defeating this Version of Venom.
The most powerful is Hyperion, and much like Superman, he would end Goku. Hyperion usually hails from another universe and is frequently the most powerful hero around. One version of Hyperion beat every hero and villain on Earth, and another flew through Galactus's head, killing him.
Who wins ? However, if we compare the two of them in their most powerful forms, Goku has no chance of emerging victorious against Rune King Thor. No matter how powerful his Ultra Instinct could become when he is enraged, this version of Thor has proven to be several times stronger than Goku.
During the War of the Realms event, after Venom was separated from Eddie, the symbiote, in its humanoid form, joined the War Avengers (composed of Captain Marvel, Deadpool, Sif, Winter Soldier, Weapon H, Black Widow, and Captain Britain) to fight off Malekith's invasion.
But readers remember - and since both companies worked on the series, it can officially be stated that Venom is stronger than Superman.
The winner is obviously the Hulk! Why? The Venom's main weakness is sound, and the Hulk has a very convenient move called "thunderclap". This Hulk clap essentially generates a sonic boom, that would be powerful enough to hurt the Venom really bad, even get it rid of its host.
Venom is an anti-hero in the Spider-Man franchise. He is one of Spider-Man's archenemies later turned rival. The name has belonged to several different hosts over the years, which means that Venom is indeed the identity of this particular alien Symbiote.
Symbiotes like Venom are immensely powerful, possessed of great strength and endurance, but they also have two extremely common weaknesses: fire and sound. Numerous foes have used these to best Venom and other symbiotes, and Peter Parker even originally repelled the symbiote suit by exposing it to a tolling bell.

9 Venom. While Eddie Brock's Venom may not be the strongest here, he is recognizable and the most resilient Symbiote compared to many others. Even though he started out as a pure villain, Brock's Venom showed many heroic traits.
9 Would Lose: Venom
Venom is extremely strong and resilient which would make him a tough opponent to beat for any superhero, Batman included. Batman might defeat Venom if he was facing someone who would be the symbiote's new host, but don't bet on the caped crusader just yet.
Alive for millennia, Thor has been fighting evil for a very long time and there are few who can match his skill. This is one of those fights where Venom just can't hurt Thor. He might be able to slow him down, but Thor's sheer might, combined with the power of Mjolnir, would be too much for Venom to handle.
Wolverine ultimately wins but only because Venom surrenders. Based on the evidence, the overall winner in a fight between Wolverine and Venom is Wolverine.
Carl Brock's appearance in Amazing Spider-Man #375 depicts him with a full head of hair, but Venom: Dark Origin and subsequent appearances depict him as a balding man with a moustache. Venom Vol. 4 shows him as balding in the present, but with a full head of hair in flashbacks to Eddie's youth.
Venom is a villain in Marvel's Spiderman. He also known as Eddie Brock. He hates Spiderman because he thinks he is the cause of all the bad luck in his life. Venom is bigger and stronger then Spiderman.
