For the first time on screen, we see Dooku make the turn from Jedi Knight to Sith Lord, and learn the identity of the prequel trilogy victim that binds him to the dark side for good.
Darth Vader
While part of what makes Vader number one is how frightening he is, that's not the whole story. As Anakin Skywalker, he also brings pathos to the saga and inspires endless debate. His choice to turn to evil is the event on which the rest of the saga turns.
The Mirialan Padawan to Luminara Unduli, Barriss Offee preferred learning and studying ancient Jedi texts in the Temple to war. This mindset, while noble, led her down a dark path that saw her betray friends and commit terrible acts.
Formed many millennia prior to the Clone Wars, Sith were once part of the Jedi Order, a group of beings who wielded the Force and were dedicated to peace through using the Light Side of the Force.
Mace Windu is a fictional character in the Star Wars franchise. Windu was portrayed by Samuel L. Jackson in the prequel trilogy. Jackson reprised the role in the 2008 animated film Star Wars: The Clone Wars and with voice only in the 2019 film The Rise of Skywalker, whilst Terrence C.
In the Sith Empire, as time progressed pure-blooded Sith were steadily bred out, resulting in only a few pure-blooded Sith left in the Sith Empire by the time of the Great Hyperspace War (5000 BBY). By 44 ABY, the true Sith species in the Empire were believed to have gone extinct due to the interbreeding process.
The Gray Jedi Order was a branch of the Jedi that broke off from the Jedi Order in 132 BBY. It originated as a splinter group from the exiled Potentium. The lead proponents of the Gray and Potentium philosophies, Leor Hal and Leor Danal respectively, shared more than the surprising similarities of their names.
She was framed for the bombing of the Jedi Temple, and later, cold-blooded murder. As a result, the Jedi Order expelled her, and she escaped from prison to clear her name.
Former Jedi Padawan Ahsoka Tano was put on trial in 19.1 BBY after she was framed for and charged with the bombing of the Jedi Temple Hangar and the murder of Letta Turmond and several clone troopers. Supreme Chancellor Palpatine and Admiral Wilhuff Tarkin presided over the trial.
Darth Sidious
He orchestrated everything that happened without anyone ever knowing exactly what was going on. Better yet, he did it in plain sight as the Chancellor of the Senate. Darth Sidious is one of, if not the most powerful Sith Lord to ever exist.
Villains like Kylo Ren and Darth Vader sometimes feel the pull to the light, but Darth Sidious, also known as Emperor Palpatine, is the embodiment of pure evil. Portrayed by Ian McDiaarmid in the original, prequel and sequel trilogies, he is the ultimate big bad of the Star Wars universe.
Released in 1991, the Dark Empire comic series had Luke fall to the dark side and become the Sith apprentice of a cloned Emperor Palpatine. Impressed by Palpatine's power and wanting to learn more about both sides of the Force, Luke agrees to join the villain's resurgent Empire.

Ben Solo was a human male Force-sensitive who fell to the dark side of the Force as Kylo Ren—the "Jedi Killer," master of the Knights of Ren, and eventual Supreme Leader of the First Order—but returned to the light side shortly before his death.

Well, to be literal, she was never mentioned because she hadn't been created at the time Episode III was made. But speaking in terms of the Star Wars canon, perhaps she just wasn't mentioned on screen.
In addition, look at the way Ahsoka abandoned Anakin when she left the order. To the audience, she didn't abandon Anakin. She felt she couldn't stay in an organization where her reputation would forever become tainted. Also, she felt Anakin's plan, but she had to do what was right for herself and not for him.
For those who don't know, this is what I'm talking about. It is a small theory that says what Ahsoka was going to tell obi wan to tell Anakin was “You we're my brother Anakin, I loved you” For me, this is likely but I think it is a bit odd that she would tell Kenobi to communicate this exact wording.
Arguably, some of the rarest types of Jedi were the so-called Iron Knights. These are members of the Shards species - crystals with a brain of their own. They were Force-sensitive and all trained under the tutelage of Jedi Master Aqinos. The Shards had droid bodies, similar to that of General Grievous.
