Immortus is established as the most powerful version of Kang. Immortus appears in the end credits of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania rocking his signature headpiece and instead of having a blue mask like Kang the Conqueror instead has a blue face.

As well as introducing Immortus, Rama-Tut, and the Scarlet Centurion to the MCU, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania's mid-credits scene also sees the debut of many more Kang variants, comprising the Council of Kangs.

Its origins go back to the adventures of Nathaniel Richards, born on the Earth-6311 timeline, in the middle of the 30th century, being an ordinary scientist who discovered the way to travel in time. This discovery leads him to go back to Ancient Egypt and control En Sabah Nur, also known as the mutant Apocalypse.
While it might be easy to consider the idea that He Who Remains and Kang the Conqueror are the same variant, perhaps from different points in the timeline, the pair are actually two completely separate variants.
It's been suggested that Ant-Man would be better off fighting a character much closer to his own level in the MCU. There is merit to this idea that Kang outclasses Ant-Man by a mile.
Kang is stronger than Thanos, with the Conquerer being much more challenging to defeat than the Infinity Gauntlet-wielding villain.

After first being announced to be playing the McU's Kang the Conqueror in 2020, Jonathan Majors debuted as one of the villain's many variants, He Who Remains, in Loki's season 1 finale on Disney+, revealed to be the man behind the Time Variance Authority (Tva).
One where Ahura was saved and rejoined his Inhuman family, but another where he stayed with Kang. In the second timeline, Ahura eventually betrayed Kang and murdered him, taking possession of his armor and becoming the new Kang the Conqueror.

In Quantumania, the Council of Kangs looks to be governed by three distinctive versions of Kang: Rama-Tut (the Egyptian Pharaoh), Immortus (the older, bearded version), and the Scarlet Centurion.
Immortus. A Kang variant which possesses the talent and power as the other Kangs but is considered to be the biggest worst version of the antagonist. In comic books, he uses his powers to delete timelines and try to establish himself as the new ruler of time itself.
The main Kang from Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, we learn, is actually an exile from the Council of Kangs we see at the end of the movie. This Kang is, evidently, the worst possible Kang. Too cruel or something even for the rest of the Kangs.
He asks Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) whether he had killed him yet, since he murdered countless Avengers during his multiversal conquests. That made me realize that Kang already killed Iron Man, Black Widow, Gamora, Loki, and Heimdall in Endgame and Infinity War.
Kang the Conqueror may be the strongest villain in the MCU yet. But one Eternal can stop him if he can survive long enough to face him.
Kang the Conqueror vs. Scarlet Witch, who wins? As you can see, Kang and Wanda are pretty evenly matched. However, based on everything we've stated, Wanda's powers are a bit more versatile as she can utilize a variety of types of magic, including countering every single power that Kang has.
The ants are so mighty that Kang can do nothing but sustain an energy field to protect himself from harm. It's then that MODOK throws himself against Kang, using his body to disrupt the energy field, allowing the ants to rip off the villain's armor and drag him away.
The Vision is a powerful hero and one of the most experienced leaders of The Avengers. He isn't known for facing villains solo, he has fought some on his own. The Vision was always rather integral in the Avengers' battles against Kang, so he's always made short work of the villain when he fought him independently.

Thus, during Deadpool's Secret Secret Wars he took down Kang or Lord Purple Head as he calls him with a massive blow to the groin to stop him from taking down Captain America.
His divine origins and his status as "the God of Strength" make Hercules so powerful that he can rival or surpass even the mightiest Avengers such as Thor or Hulk. However, the Prince of Power has another, more subtle, ability that turns out very useful against masters of time travel such as Kang.
Hulk managed to defeat Kang, and he could likely do the same in the MCU.
While Kang has proven able to defeat extremely powerful heroes on his own before, that's usually because he has some prior knowledge. Kang wouldn't know any of Superman's weaknesses and that will be a huge problem for Kang. Superman's powers are just too formidable for Kang to be able to handle.
