INFP – Your Ability to Be a Human Lie-Detector
This process gives you a keen awareness of the emotional safety of others and their levels of sincerity.
INFJs Are Human Lie Detectors
And sometimes, we can even intuitively pick up people's intentions, before they may even truly know it themselves. INFJs deeply value honesty and integrity, so we hate it when people lie to us.
INFJs live in a world of quiet introspection and imagination. They have an uncanny ability to see through people, situations, and words to find hidden meanings, motives, and outcomes.
Those lessons and a high degree of intuition can make an INFP into a human lie detector. In time, they become highly observant and sensitive towards people's behaviors and intentions. Additionally, your intuition is aided by your prospecting personality trait. This trait allows you to gauge situations as they evolve.
INFPs and INFJs are commonly confused for one another due to their apparent commitment to sensitivity, forming deep relationships and helping others navigate the world. Though, while INFPs and INFJs may seem similar at first glance, these two personality types possess distinctions which set them apart.
Integrity and honesty are two of the core characteristics of the ISFJ personality type. ISFJs always take care to conduct themselves with the utmost decency. At the same time, their practical and straight-shooting personality type means that sometimes they can be a little too honest.
Because INTPs enjoy solitude and deep thinking, they sometimes strike others as aloof and detached. At times, people with this personality type can get lost in their own thoughts and lose track of the outside world. INTPs love ideas and place a high value on intelligence and knowledge.
People with the ISTP personality type are often described as hard to read.
Furthermore, the iNFj is most likely of all the types to demonstrate an ability to understand psychic phenomena and to have visions of human events, past, present, or future.
INFP is the type most commonly mistaken for INFJ, and they use Ne as their co-pilot process. If Signs 1 and 5 are both sound true for you there's a very good chance you're an INFP.
INFJs are the fifth most intelligent personality type. These individuals are rare and often misunderstood. They are compassionate and caring, but they also have a sharp intellect. INFJs are able to see things from multiple perspectives, and they use their knowledge to help others.
Some introverted types are more apt to be mistaken for extraverts than others. In our experience, the INFJ is the type most commonly misperceived as extraverted, although this can occur with the INTJ as well. There are a number of personality factors commonly associated with extraversion.
INFJ personality types are known for being chameleons. Part of this is our strong extraverted feeling function, which allows us to immediately pick up on the emotions and moods of others, and then mirror their emotional state back to them.
The INTP. You have a very deep, probing way of thinking and analyzing the world around you. Each time you explore a concept you go through cycles of analysis, each time zeroe-ing in on a thought process and looking for the most refined, accurate answer. You are a truth-seeker who believes in fairness and understanding.
INTJs often hide their vulnerable or emotional side behind a mask of stoicism. They are the types to let their behavior speak for them, rather than put their feelings into words.
ISTP. ISTPs get embarrassed when they react emotionally to situations or people.
ISFPs are quiet, reserved types who like to focus their attention on people and the experiences they enjoy. They aren't typically big talkers unless someone they're talking about something deeply important to them or they're trying to empathize verbally with someone.
The INFP may be the toughest personality type of all for others to understand. They are seemingly easy-going and carefree, but when it comes to their values, they can become suddenly uncompromising.
INFP and INFJ: The Overthinkers
Psychology Today defines overthinking as “an excessive tendency to monitor, evaluate, and attempt to control all types of thought,” something this INFJ knows all too well.
INFP. INFPs are on a lifelong quest for meaning and inner serenity. They are driven by deeply-felt personal values and are passionately committed to them.
The ENFJ. Emotionally intelligent ENFJs have a powerful ability to recognize and empathize with a wide variety of emotional experiences.
People with ESTP preferences are logical problem solvers and quick thinkers. Energetic and outgoing, inventive and resourceful, they love using common sense to find smarter ways of doing things. ESTPs are natural risk takers.
The most rebellious personality types include the ENTP, INTP, ESTP, and ISTP, while some of the least rebellious are the ISFJ, ESFJ, ESTJ, and ISTJ.
People with an ISFJ personality type tend to be humble, hard-working, and enthusiastic in their behavior. They often focus on making sure a job is done perfectly and like to follow a specific approach.
