INFJs are sensitive souls who are easily overwhelmed, but they have their limits. If they feel stressed by their environment, or the people in it, they'll tend to cry or become very quiet and want to be alone. Some INFJs will be cold, sarcastic and very blunt or speak to someone only on a very superficial level.
The INTJ. INTJs, like INFJs, get overwhelmed by busy, loud, flashy environments. These types need quiet and peace in order to process ideas and data in their preferred way. They can find themselves unable to think or analyze effectively if there is too much commotion around them.
ESTP personality types tend to be stressed and drained by...
ESTPs may feel bored by too much routine or predictability in their lives. They tend to feel like change is what helps them grow and thrive, so by facing too much consistency, ESTPs may believe they're missing out on something.
According to the MBTI® Manual, ISFPs were the type most likely to get upset or angry and show it, as well as the type most likely to get upset or angry and not show it.
The INFP. Deep and introspective, INFPs direct most of their conscious energy to discover meaning and achieving inner harmony with their values. They are one of the most emotionally analytical personality types – having depths and complexities to their emotions that others may only briefly glimpse.
Research has indicated that individuals with high emotional reactivity (high neuroticism) and introverted tendencies (low extroversion) are more likely to experience anxiety than other personality types [101].
1. ISTP. You rarely worry about anything anyway, this is no surprise. You take everything on a day-by-day basis, and spend most of your time just going with the flow and living your life- you don't see the point in stressing out over where your partner is and how they're doing 24/7.

Type D personality is associated with social anxiety in the general population.
INFJ: The Counsellor
Jobs that are very detail-oriented and don't allow downtime to dream, think and be creative are likely to lead an INFJ to burnout. Moreover, INFJs are warm, empathic, and sensitive.
INFJ is regarded as the most sensitive personality type. Some estimates suggest that 80 to 90% of people who test as INFJs also test as highly sensitive people, because the traits of the two overlap so much.
INFP. INFPs are on a lifelong quest for meaning and inner serenity. They are driven by deeply-felt personal values and are passionately committed to them.
ISFJ: Soft-spoken
Although you are usually quite popular, you are also seen as the shy, sweet one (Rory from Gilmore Girls is an ISFJ, for example). You never speak an unkind word to others.
ISFJs ranked as having low self-acceptance according to the CPI™ tool. This may be largely because ISFJs are known for being cautious and careful, which may come across as self-doubting at times. ISFJs are also very practical and down-to-earth, and thus may not have very lofty, idealized images of themselves.
The ISFP – Being Their Own Worst Critic
Unfortunately, this only causes more despair and they tend to turn inwards and blame themselves more harshly than they've blamed anyone else. It's often through alone time and rest that they can find equilibrium.
Which Types Ranked as the Least Happy? Sadly, INFPs ranked the lowest for happiness as well as the lowest for life-satisfaction. According to the third edition of the MBTI® Manual, these types also ranked second highest in dissatisfaction with their marriages and intimate relationships.
ESTJs are the least emotional personality type. This is because they are incredibly practical, level-headed individuals who focus on facts and figures rather than feelings. They are grounded in reality and rarely let emotions take over or cloud their judgment.
A recent review of findings on ADHD and FFM personality suggests that, in general, ADHD has associations with the FFM traits of Neuroticism (positive), Agreeableness (negative) and Conscientiousness (negative).
The INFP may be the toughest personality type of all for others to understand. They are seemingly easy-going and carefree, but when it comes to their values, they can become suddenly uncompromising.
INTJs often hide their vulnerable or emotional side behind a mask of stoicism. They are the types to let their behavior speak for them, rather than put their feelings into words.
Of all the personality types, the ENFJ is often perceived as being the strongest "people person." They can forge friendships with all personality types, even with more introverted or reticent individuals.
The ISTP – Victim Mindset
To be clear, you have the utmost sympathy for people who have actually been victimized. But when people constantly concoct stories where everyone else is a bully and they are always faultless, you can't help but shake your head.
