ISFP. Easygoing, creative, spontaneous, and modest, ISFPs may be more likely than others to self-medicate with substances. One study compared personality traits among people struggling with addiction. The researchers found ISFP to be one of the most common MBTI types among those who also struggled with a mood disorder.
The Adventurous, Risk-Taking Trait
Some personality traits have higher risk of addiction than others. Individuals who like to take risks and who have little impulse control around experimenting and playing with new experiences and dangerous activities are more likely to try drugs.
INFP and INFJ: The Overthinkers
We start off with INFPs and INFJs: two Introverted personalities that often experience bouts of anxiety.
ESFJ. Those who are extroverted, sensing, feeling, and judging are among some of the most likable people, Sameera Sullivan, matchmaker and relationship expert, tells Best Life.
Of the specific types, the Assertive Consul (ESFJ-A) reports getting the soundest sleep with 80.38% of them supporting the statement. The Turbulent Logician (INTP-T) is the least likely to report a good night's rest most of the time with only 45.27% of them saying they did. Agreement with “You sleep well most nights.”
INTJ: One of The Rarest, Loneliest Personality Types [Introverts and Writing]
ESTJs are the types who never hit snooze. Your brain wakes up the moment your body does, and you're already thinking about your to-do list. You're likely an early riser and prefer to get tasks accomplished as soon as possible at both work and at home.
Your type: The term “heartbreaker” was basically invented for ENTPs.
1. ESFJ. People who fit the ESFJ personality type can usually be recognized by their big hearts and kindly manner. ESFJs are warm and welcoming and their love of tradition means they value good old-fashioned manners highly.
ENFJs are known for searching for the goodness in others, and for being able to summon a powerful level of compassion, which means that even when their partner falls short, their acceptance and love is still unwavering. Expressive, nurturing, and supportive, ENFJs love hard because it's the only way they know how.
Of all the personality types, the ENFJ is often perceived as being the strongest "people person." They can forge friendships with all personality types, even with more introverted or reticent individuals.
The ESTJ and Dominance
ESTJs ranked as highly dominant according to the CPI™ tool.
#1 – INFPs
According to the MBTI® Manual, INFPs are overrepresented in preferring reading as a leisure-time activity. This matched up with the surveys I conducted as well, with the average INFP reading a whopping 68 books per year!
ESFPs, ESTPs, ISFPs, ISTPs and Risk-Taking
Sensing-Perceivers have a fondness for risk-taking, especially in the immediate context. However, they do like to have a certain amount of security when it comes to their home life and the people that are important to them.
ENTP – The Informed Gamblers
The ENTP is the most likely of the four Analyst personalities to enjoy gambling. This is because they are more concerned with understanding than logic, so they can enjoy risks more than the other Analysts.
Research has indicated that individuals with high emotional reactivity (high neuroticism) and introverted tendencies (low extroversion) are more likely to experience anxiety than other personality types [101].
INFJ is regarded as the most sensitive personality type. Some estimates suggest that 80 to 90% of people who test as INFJs also test as highly sensitive people, because the traits of the two overlap so much.
Like INFJs, ISFJs are concerned with how people feel and can seem quite talkative in order to put people at ease or get to know them better. They enjoy sharing life stories and the meaningful details of their lives, and can typically engage in small talk quite easily.
Assertive Debaters (ENTP-A), Executives (ESTJ-A), and Entrepreneurs (ESTP-A) (all 95%), and Assertive Commanders (ENTJ-A) (98%) are the personality types reporting the highest confidence in their own abilities.
Idealists to the core, INFJs are the ultimate hopeless romantics. These personalities care deeply about people and generally look to form meaningful connections with others and find kindred spirits in whom they can confide.
ENFJ (The Protagonist)
This personality type's outgoing nature and empathy makes them a formidable flirt. They're very tuned in to other people's emotions and needs, and they can use this to their flirtatious advantage by making whoever they are chatting up feel truly seen.
Sweetness is actually a deceptive metric for MBTI types. Outwardly, you can expect the Fe-types (xxFJ) to be very sweet. You can expect the xxTJ types (low Fi and even lower Fe) to be less sweet.
INFJs are sensitive souls who are easily overwhelmed, but they have their limits. If they feel stressed by their environment, or the people in it, they'll tend to cry or become very quiet and want to be alone.
The ESFJ. You have a natural sense of responsibility for your family, community, friends, or social group. You often don't give up because you want to set a positive example for others. The vital thing to remember for you is to take time to process, rest, and recharge even when you have a lot to do.
Other late-blooming types include ESTP, INTJ, and INTP, who all tend to earn their highest incomes in their fifties.
