ISTPs are the least manipulative personality type. They are independent and reserved, and usually prefer to live in the moment. They are not interested in controlling others and are more likely to let people do their own thing. ISTPs are honest and straightforward, and they value independence and autonomy.
However, it is generally agreed that the Myers Briggs type that is most difficult to manipulate is the INTJ (Introverted, Intuitive, Thinking, Judging) type. This is because INTJs are typically very independent and analytical thinkers who are not easily swayed by emotional or social pressure.
The Destructive ESFJ
Destructive ESFJs are manipulative, controlling, and prone to gossip. They adopt the beliefs of the people around them and bully anyone who lies outside of that value system.
Of all the personality types, ENTJs are arguably the ones who care least about other people's opinions of them.
People who have a submissive or dependent personality. The more emotionally dependent a person is, the more vulnerable they are to being exploited and manipulated.
ENFJ. ENFJs take the crown for the most manipulative personality type. ENFJs have high emotional intelligence and strong intuition. These combined make them very good at reading people and understanding their needs.
These are people who habitually engage in cunning, calculating, and conniving behavior. Master manipulators are Machiavellians, or “High Machs,” as I previously explained.
ISFJs and ISTJs and Cleanliness:
For the ISFJ and ISTJ personality types, having a sense of order and cleanliness gives them peace of mind. They notice the little things and feel satisfaction when their environment is free of dirt, dust, and clutter.
ISTP personality types are calm, efficient and productive, and are open to new opportunities. This introduction to the ISTP personality type, based on the Myers-Briggs® Step I personality assessment, can help ISTPs to understand how they interact with others, and what careers they might enjoy.
The INFP. One of the most imaginative of the types, INFPs hold a childlike wonder for the world beyond the senses.
Type C personalities tend to be quite controlling, both of themselves and others. They don't like things to get out of hand and may appear stoic because they don't really want themselves to display a lot of emotion.
ENTJs are often stereotyped as the ruthless, inconsiderate ladder-climbers of the personality community.
The two types with the highest scores were INTJ and INFJ, among the most reserved, independent, self-disciplined types. The four types with the lowest score were the four Experiencers – ESTP, ISTP, ESFP and ISFP.
The ENFP. You'll never give up because you nearly always see alternatives, possibilities, and potential in the world.
The ISFP – Being Their Own Worst Critic
ISFPs may seem easy-going at first glance, but these types actually hold themselves to very specific standards. They are drawn towards creativity and a life of meaning, but they often struggle to understand the steps needed to accomplish their goals.
INFPs don't usually care much about the physical appearance of others. They have a knack for finding beauty in everyone, even in the smallest of ways. They enjoy being around people who they can connect with on a deeper level, and often this has nothing to do with physical appearance.
The least common Myers-Briggs personality Type is INFJ
People who prefer INFJ make up only 1.5% of the general population in the US.
Which Types Ranked as the Least Happy? Sadly, INFPs ranked the lowest for happiness as well as the lowest for life-satisfaction. According to the third edition of the MBTI® Manual, these types also ranked second highest in dissatisfaction with their marriages and intimate relationships.
INFJ is regarded as the most sensitive personality type. Some estimates suggest that 80 to 90% of people who test as INFJs also test as highly sensitive people, because the traits of the two overlap so much.
ESFJ. Those who are extroverted, sensing, feeling, and judging are often identified as one of the kindest types by experts.
ESTJs are the least emotional personality type. This is because they are incredibly practical, level-headed individuals who focus on facts and figures rather than feelings. They are grounded in reality and rarely let emotions take over or cloud their judgment.
"While the INTJ personality type is known for being highly intelligent, they also score high on trustworthiness, probably because they are self-aware enough to recognize the importance of trust in human relationships," Parmar explains.
ESTPs and ENTJs have the potential to be the most toxic personality types. They have a tendency to be egotistical, competitive, and controlling. This does not mean everyone with these personality types is toxic. But it is important to be aware of these tendencies that can lead to unhealthy behavior.
Of all the MBTI types, who is capable of being the most manipulative/influential? especially INTJ and ENTP. They can be very skillful at convincing others when they need to be. Certain INFJs can be too, but they're very rare to come by.
INFJ. INFJ is the rarest Myers-Briggs personality type with only one percent of the population falling under this category. They ar the most extroverted types of our Introvert Club and one that is often dubbed as an “extroverted introvert.”
