INTJs and INFJs are the most secretive of all personality types. They can take a while to trust someone and they often prefer to keep their thoughts and feelings to themselves.
Because people with a Type D personality tend to hide their negative emotions, they may not necessarily feel or act depressed or anxious.
Introverted Intuitive dominants INFJ and INTJ are most likely to be private because they are rare and their Ni is highly misunderstood. This would be the ranking based on personal opinion: INFJ.

They'll likely skip the inflammatory family dinner conversation—even if they're Zooming in from thousands of miles away.
INFP and INFJ: The Overthinkers
When it comes to these types, their anxiety can stem from an inclination to overthinking.

You're known for being a constant source of encouragement among your friends, and you feel most at home in a big group of people. One thing to be careful of is your judgmental side: Since you're constantly interacting with others, spilling one friend's secret to another can be tempting.
ESFP. ESFPs are highly emotional individuals. They feel everything very deeply and the intensity of their emotions is so strong that they can find them completely overwhelming. ESFPs are one of the personality types who are most comfortable with expressing their emotions and sharing their thoughts.
ENTJs are one of the most impatient personality types around but that's both their strength and their weakness. The natural impatience of many ENTJs is what drives them to do more and be more, but it can also lead to conflict and restlessness.
Evil INTPs are haughty, careless, and so absorbed in their own world and ideas that they ignore and neglect the people that depend on them.
