In the post-Crisis DC Universe, Jason Todd was tortured and killed by The Joker in the infamous “A Death in the Family” storyline, and while Todd has been resurrected since then, it remains one of the Dark Knight's most tragic moments (and one of The Joker's cruelest).

Batman always regarded young Jason as too violent and reckless, but he tried to instill the Dark Knight's own sense of honor and morality onto the boy.

Killed the Joker
In Joker: Last Laugh #6, Nightwing is tricked into believing that the Joker fed Tim Drake to Killer Croc. Enraged at the (supposed) death of his surrogate brother, Nightwing beats the Joker to death. Batman is ablet to resuscitate the Clown Prince, but for a few minutes, the Joker was clinically dead.
While he was Robin, Jason Todd saw a number of things in the fear gas, from a Pre-Crisis fear of heights to a Post-Crisis fear of failure to live up to the Robin legacy. These days, he mostly sees clowns.
The most prolific modern serial killer is arguably doctor Harold Shipman, with 218 probable murders and possibly as many as 250 (see "Medical professionals", below). However, he was actually convicted of a sample of 15 murders.
Weaknesses. Rage: Jason's most notable weakness is his rage. Batman and numerous others have told him that his rage blinds him in battle to the point of leaving physical and mental weak points open for attacks.
Jason may have been the least-liked Robin, but his impact is undeniable.

Jason Todd's notoriety precedes him. This version of Robin was so unanimously disliked that when audiences were given a chance to save him or let him die, they chose to kill him.
Also, I'm assuming you mean weakest in physical strength. If we go for the main 4 Robins, Tim Drake has the least amount of physical strength, but don't be mistaken, he is still VERY strong. You mentioned Jason Todd, he is actually the Strongest Robin both as Robin and as Red Hood.
