Ashoka Tano
Bringing home the gold medal for the best Jedi in all of the Skywalker Saga, it's Ahsoka Tano. Ahsoka is one of the most beloved characters from the Prequal Era as well as all of Star Wars.
#1 The Father
The Father is the strongest Star Wars character—hands down. A million-year-old member of the godlike Force-wielding family, called The Ones, and a descendent of the Celestials, the Father was a beast. He was basically in charge of balancing the Light and Dark Sides of the Force (AKA his children).
No. Luke Skywalker was extremely powerful but he didn't have the raw potential and ability as his father, Anakin Skywalker. Anakin Skywalker was the Chosen One. The Father even told Anakin to take his place and subdue his children for essentially an eternity.
George Lucas himself has said that Luke is the most powerful Jedi ever, although there is some disagreement about just how reliable Lucas would be as a source on the current state of the Star Wars franchise (now that it is owned by Disney).
Ultimately, the Force dyad that links Rey and Kylo Ren makes Rey the most powerful Jedi between her and the Skywalkers.
As seen time and time again, the Sith Lord could easily cut down almost anyone who got in his way, and he rarely ever lost a fight. Yet at the end of Star Wars: Return of the Jedi, Luke is able to beat Vader to the ground with relative ease, and so what was different from all of Vader's previous fights?
Who is stronger prime Vader or Luke? Canon-wise, Vader wins this by a landslide. His power and knowledge in the force increased significantly which made Palpatine himself fear that Vader would overthrow him.
Obi-Wan Kenobi
In his prime, Obi-Wan was one of the most skilled fighters in the galaxy. He even managed to defeat Anakin Skywalker in single combat, although he didn't have the heart to finish him off.
There just isn't any way that in an even fight Obi-Wan beats Vader. Although Vader is supposed to be one of the strongest force users of all time, we actually haven't had a chance to see him using his full strength very often.
When C-3PO was captured by Ewoks along with Leia Organa, Han Solo, Chewbacca, Luke Skywalker and R2-D2, he expressed that they considered him to be "some sort of god."
She is a Skywalker, but she is not the Chosen One; she lives for the Chosen One's mission, even though she does not share his origin. It's actually quite a clever way of bringing the Star Wars story full circle — even if it wasn't handled terribly well.
Though there was some debate that Anakin Skywalker's son, Luke Skywalker, was actually the Chosen One since he caused his father to destroy Darth Sidious, the debate was settled when George Lucas himself confirmed in an interview that Anakin, even after becoming Darth Vader, was still officially the Chosen One and not ...
Powers. The Force: As the son of the Chosen One, Anakin Skywalker, he was immensely powerful and had a amazingly strong connection to the Force, stronger than most Force users alive. Like his father, Luke possessed a powerful connection to the Force.

George Lucas himself has stated that Anakin is the Chosen One and that the prophecy is true, although it had been misinterpreted by the entire Jedi Order. Lucas believes that both the dark side—greed— and the light side—compassion—are integral parts of human beings.
Vader held respect for Tarkin which is clearly shown and the only case in which Tarkin outranked Vader would be the case in which Vader was in the Death Star or within Tarkin's Oversector which he likely was as Tarkin was Grand Moff of the Outer Rim Oversector, the largest one.
Because he was not an active member of the Jedi Order during Order 66, Infil'a escaped execution. Some time later, he faced the Sith Lord Darth Vader wielding a green lightsaber. Infil'a put up a fierce fight against Vader, almost killing him by throwing the Sith Lord off of a cliff.
There are certainly scenarios where Darth Vader would have the upper hand in a duel with Yoda, but in most cases, Yoda would be the more likely victor. Vader wields absurd levels of Force power during his dark side prime that would certainly rival Yoda's own abilities, but likely not exceed them.
This information comes to light form the comic series Darth Vader: Dark Lord of the Sith by Charles Soule and Giuseppe Camuncoli, in particular issue #7. Palpatine admits to Darth Vader that the Jedi he actually feared most was none other than Jocasta Nu.
His armor could be hacked and controlled by a device. In a turn of events, Darth Vader's right limb holding his dangerous scarlet lightsaber was moving of its own accord toward his neck. This was a dangerous weakness indeed.
Darth Caedus is infinitely more powerful and skilled than Rey could ever hope to be. In a Force battle, he would easily overwhelm her, and his superior lightsaber and combat skills easily trump Rey's own.
Although Rey is also strong with force, she doesn't compare to Anakin's pure strength with the force and his connection, being created by the Force itself. Even in the movies, comics, and shows we see Anakin accomplish greater feats of strength that Rey was years away from learning.
The weapon had a kyber crystal at its heart, and emitted a yellow-colored plasma blade when ignited. The emitter matrix on Rey's weapon featured a rotating gear-like mechanism, which caused the emitter of the lightsaber to open up and allow the plasma blade through.
