Assassin Spider-Man is Peter Parker from the Earth-8351 universe. Having the same background as Peter from Earth-616, the story changes after Gwen Stacy's death. Since then, Peter has become Spider-Man's Assassin, trained and teamed up with Wolverine in killing supervillains.
