Carnage is more violent, unpredictable, and some would say more powerful than Venom. As Cletus was already a blood-lusting serial killer before becoming Carnage, the increased aggressivity caused by the bonding with a symbiote only made him more cruel and dangerous.
The only truly foolproof weapon against Venom and his fellow symbiotes is the touch of Anti-Venom. Anti-Venom was born when a cancer-ridden Eddie Brock was healed by Mister Negative.
A symbiote is only as strong as the bond that it shares with its host. With that in mind, Venom is the clear winner, having formed a number of strong bonds since making its debut back in issue 252 of The Amazing Spider-Man.
The bond between the Carnage symbiote and Kasady was stronger than the bond between Brock and the Venom symbiote. Cletus Kasady was also a serial killer and thought of as insane. As a result, Carnage is far more violent, powerful, and deadly than Venom.
It could be that in the universe of the Venom movies, this type of strong bond is already known among the symbiotes to result in stronger specimens. This could explain why Venom is so fearful of facing an enemy with a ruddy hue.
Venom later decided to absorb the Carnage symbiote "for good", during which Kasady retained the Carnage persona by costuming himself in red paint and continuing his killing sprees (albeit as a powerless human).
Who would win in a fight between carnage and riot? Carnage does have more abilities, but was like a rampaging kid and Venom ate it to kill it. Riot was cunning, and was even able to rip Venom from Brock and would have eaten him if Brock didn't rebond with it.
Carnage barely put up a fight. Pieces of the symbiote were on him, but he didn't fully transform or try to defend himself. Venom simply pulled the symbiote off of him and ate it, becoming stronger.
Carnage is Venom's son. Like most organic beings, Venom's race known as the Klyntar also reproduces and creates other symbiotes. Venom spawned an offspring while he was rescuing Eddie Brock from prison. The newborn symbiote bonded with Eddie's cellmate Cletus Kasady and became Carnage.
Carnage can shape his limbs as solid weapons and even travel phone wires to attack people on the other side of the line. For many years, Carnage was Venom's greatest enemy, with the anti-hero always having a tough time taking the red symbiote down.

Venom has always held the distinction of being Marvel's scariest symbiote, but Carnage was never far behind him, and it seems Carnage might have finally passed Eddie Brock.
They rapidly age the symbiotes and pair them to people: Scream (yellow, female), Agony (pink, female), Lasher (green, male), Riot (grey, male) and Phage (orange, male).
The first and most well-known symbiote is Venom, who originally attached itself to Spider-Man during the 1985 Secret Wars miniseries. After Spider-Man rejected it upon discovering its true evil nature, the symbiote bonded with his rival, Eddie Brock, with whom it first became Venom.
Because Kasady is a deranged serial killer, they share a sadistic personality and their bond is stronger than that between Venom and Eddie, and Carnage increases Kasady's violent tendencies. Carnage, then, is more powerful, violent, and thus deadly than Venom, and became his archenemy in the comics.

With every symbiote, the ability to spawn a new puts the former in danger, as there is a possibility of the spawn is normally more powerful than the former. Knowing this, if venom were to spawn again, carnage would be rendered useless against the newer spawn, whether it be his or venom's.
In a fight against Carnage, Sinestro's years of experience as a former Green Lantern and his indomitable will curb stomp Carnage. With his own mind as the limit to his powers, there is no way Carnage can defeat the Master of Fear.
Venom is a villain in Marvel's Spiderman. He also known as Eddie Brock. He hates Spiderman because he thinks he is the cause of all the bad luck in his life. Venom is bigger and stronger then Spiderman.
Symbiotes like Venom are immensely powerful, possessed of great strength and endurance, but they also have two extremely common weaknesses: fire and sound.
Venom became one of Spider-Man's toughest and merciless foes of all time, often bringing him close to death. Venom's become somewhat of an anti-hero, wrestling with his morals and even fighting for good alongside Spider-Man.
Carnage's Symbiote Powers
The symbiote learned from its time bonded with Peter, and it replicates many of his genetic gifts once it bonds with Eddie. That's also why Venom is immune to Peter's Spider-Sense. As you might expect, that makes Carnage stronger than both Spider-Man and Venom.
When it comes to sheer brute strength, Carnage is very much stronger than his sire Venom. The primary reason for this is that each evolution of the symbiote is stronger than the last and also because Carnage bonded with a human whose psychotic and unhinged personality traits were amplified.
