Supernatural had a knack for doling out unexpected twists in its storylines, but the most massive mind-bending revelation was in Season 11 when it was revealed that the meek Chuck Shurley was God.
In a final act of defiance, the Winchesters wouldn't submit to God himself. And while he beat them up … Jack won the war. You see, when Jack exploded last week, he apparently became a sort of a black hole absorbing power and energy, and as God used his power on Sam and Dean, Jack sucked it all up and … became God.
God, known to Sam and Dean Winchester as Chuck Shurley, is a powerful primordial being who created the universe and nearly everything it contains, including the human soul. With Death's demise, the Darkness, his own sister, is the only entity rivaling his power.
When Castiel absorbs the souls of Purgatory, he proclaims himself a new god. He is able to obliterate the archangel Raphael with a snap of his fingers. Sam stabs him in the back with an angel blade, but as a result of absorbing the "millions upon millions of souls", he is left invulnerable to the blade's effects.
After the second death of Lucifer and the betrayal and death of Michael, Jack absorbs God's power and becomes the new God, the effort to turn him into a cosmic bomb having also made Jack a power vacuum that sucked up all of the power around him, including from the fights with Michael, Lucifer and Chuck.
In The End, Jack Became A “Hands-Off” Deity
He was more powerful than God and Amara together. He put the whole world to rights but didn't bring back all the people that had died because of his plan.

During his time as a demon, Dean also possessed the ability to easily regenerate from wounds and as his corrupted soul was possessing his own body, he was exempt from exorcisms that plagued other demons.
Boris later sees Dean in an alley and, after telling him he's pretty, he attacks and feeds him his blood, turning Dean into a vampire.

Of the four archangels, Gabriel is the least powerful of them. However, this is in part due to the fact that he had no desire to take on immense power for himself and wanted no part of the war between his brothers. Of course, the weakest archangel is still more powerful than almost anyone else in existence.
