In Chapters 4 and 5, Mundungus is one of the decoy Harry Potters, and is paired with Mad-Eye Moody. Terrified of the
Moody's death came at the betrayal of Mundungus, and the moment he disapparated, Moody was struck by a killing curse by Voldemort and fell off his broom to a certain death.
However, Mundungus appeared to be braver than people such as Peter Pettigrew. Though he had a tendency to flee when the situation seemed grim, he never actually turned against the Order of the Phoenix.
They are betrayed by Mr. Lovegood and captured by Voldemort's Snatchers. Climax: The Snatchers take them to the Malfoy mansion, where Harry and Ron are imprisoned while Bellatrix tortures Hermione for information.
Barty Crouch Jr then stole the identity of Mad-Eye Moody, botched the Triwizard Tournament, and used Harry to bring Voldemort back to full strength.
At the end of GOF when fake Moody takes Harry to his office after he returns from the maze, Dumbledore eventually comes in and stuns him. He knows it is an impostor, but before he changes back to Barty Crouch Jr. he tells McGonagall to get Winky from the kitchens.
In 1994, Moody accepted Dumbledore's offer to teach Defence Against the Dark Arts for a year, but was captured and imprisoned by Barty Crouch Jnr, who impersonated him during the 1994–1995 school year, in order to send Harry Potter to Lord Voldemort.
Jessie Cave was first seen as Lavender Brown in the sixth Harry Potter film, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Her character is killed by the werewolf Fenrir Greyback during the Battle of Hogwarts in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2.

Loyalty. Mundungus Fletcher was a wizard who dwelled in the Wizarding underworld, a dealer of stolen merchandise and controlled substances. He was also one of the original members of the Order of the Phoenix, a group dedicated to fighting Lord Voldemort and his Death Eaters.
It transpired that Luna had been taken hostage by the Death Eaters, setting up Xenophilius as a potential informant while punishing him for his pro-Potter stance. Xenophilius was clearly terrified, which brought him to make an awful decision – trade Harry for Luna's life.
Perhaps shown by his old-fashioned manners and tone, Alastor dislikes modern technology that was created after he died. This is also a reason why he doesn't get along with Vox. Despite his sadistic personality, Alastor seems to hate rapists, or at least those who abuse others weaker than them.
Kathryn Moody (b. January 9, 1980) is a Scottish witch of pure-blood descent. She is the daughter of considered most powerful Auror, Alastor Moody. She started Hogwarts in 1991 and was sorted into Ravenclaw.
Draco had several reasons for lying to Bellatrix, including the fact that he was never a bad person. Moreover, he no longer found working for the Dark Lord appealing and hated how Voldemort treated his family. He did not intend to harm anyone and believed Harry was the only person capable of defeating Voldemort.
Author JK Rowling announced Albus Dumbledore was gay in 2007. It's known that he and Grindelwald were in a romantic relationship but it had never been explored in the previous Harry Potter films. Fantastic Beasts 3 might address the depth of their relationship.
Kendra Dumbledore
Not only did her husband end up being incarcerated in Azkaban, but the whole family had to move from Mould-On-The-Wold, to Godric's Hollow to try and protect her youngest.
Colin was expelled from Hogwarts in his sixth year, due to Voldemort's policy of not allowing Muggle-borns to attend the school. On 2 May, 1998, he snuck into the Room of Requirement with the rest of Dumbledore's Army and fought in the Battle of Hogwarts, during which he was killed by Yaxley.
Hedwig's killer is not explicitly identified, so he/she may have appeared in other books, films or video games, but the only known appearance is Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1. A popular fan theory based on book canon suggests that Snape may have killed Hedwig.
David Tennant
- where he finally gets to be Scottish - or as Crowley in Good Omens. In his portrayal, Tennant gave Barty the nervous habit of licking his lips, which Brendan Gleeson (Moody's actor) decided to go with. The movement was completely improvised on Tennant's part, but became an indicator for Barty Crouch Sr.
The Deathly Hallows Part I begins with a whole bunch of double-crossing and betrayals. Snape betrays the Order of the Phoenix. A guy from the Ministry of Magic becomes a Death Eater, which is probably how the Ministry ends up falling. And that's just the beginning of the movie.
The other three were soon incapacitated and Neville and Harry were cornered by the Death Eaters. Bellatrix Lestrange briefly tortured Neville with the Cruciatus Curse, both to try to make Harry hand over the prophecy and to see how long Neville held out before "cracking" like his parents.
