Oddly, yes. A 2016 book called Star Wars: The Complete Locations claimed Yoda had his lightsaber stored in his hut on Dagobah. Meanwhile, a 2017 Darth Vader comic depicted Palpatine publicly burning Yoda's lightsaber publicly as a propaganda stunt.
However, Yoda eventually lost his weapon when he dueled the Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Sidious in the Senate Building. When Sidious unleashed bolts of energy to disarm him, the Jedi Master lost his lightsaber, which fell to the ground below.
Amedda continued, flanked by stormtroopers and Royal Guardsmen, and threw Yoda's lightsaber into an incinerator with the lightsabers of other lost Jedi. During Amedda's speech, Sidious lectured Vader on the newly formed Empire and that no one knew the true intentions of them.
Battling in the Republic Senate, Yoda's duel with Palpatine culminated in the diminutive Jedi losing his lightsaber before being blasted back by the Sith lord's lightning, retreating and being rescued by Senator Bail Organa. The lightsaber here is lost.

The second time Yoda mentions his long life is in Return of the Jedi, when he tells Luke, “When you reach 900 years old, you will not look as good as you will.” If we take Yoda at his word, that means the Jedi Master died at the ripe old age of 900.

When Senator Palpatine succeeded Valorum as Chancellor, Amedda retained his position under the Republic's new leader. Amedda was one of the few in the galaxy who knew Palpatine was a Sith Lord, and assisted the Chancellor as Speaker of the Senate, helping him manipulate Senators into granting him more and more power.
Throughout the prequels, Mas Amedda proves to be a pretty cunning (if evil) politician, wielding power and obstructing democracy. He served as Vice Chair of the Galactic Senate under Sheev Palpatine's predecessor and manages to hold onto power during the vote of no confidence that put Sheev in control of the Senate.
