Bizarro is Superman's infamous and sometimes lovable clone/doppelganger opposite gone bad who possesses near-identical powers to the Man of Steel. He has more than enough strength to match the Immortal Hulk's and the addition of his freeze vision and fire breath would be enough to secure a victory.
He has a massive gamma burst ability capable of exploding Dormammu apart. He can drain the gamma from other gamma mutates. He can sense liars. The Immortal Hulk is the most powerful incarnation to date.
Hulk Is Stronger Than Thor, But He Still Loses
He has centuries of battle experience, the hones skills of a warrior, and one of the most powerful weapons in the universe. Putting it all together, Thor can win against the Hulk, even if he can't kill the Jade Giant.
The Hulk may be one of Marvel's strongest superheroes, but one of the most underrated members of the X-Men, Havok, can defeat him in one simple move. Cyclops' brother, Havok, is one of the few Marvel superheroes who can defeat the Hulk in a fair fight.
Juggernaut Barely Defeated the Hulk
The Immortal Hulk was able to effortlessly throw around Juggernaut like a ragdoll.

As the All-Father of Asgard, Thor is more powerful than he has ever been – and perhaps he is even stronger than Hulk, but the Hulk has undergone some drastic changes as well. Bruce Banner's mind is literally in the driver's seat of Starship Hulk, and that could prove to be a deadly combination.
As such, Zeus decides to grant the Hulk's request to beat him to death in hand-to-hand combat. The Hulk's first blow sends Zeus crashing into a nearby building. Zeus then returns this with an even more powerful blow. The ruler of the Olympians than overpowers the Hulk, and ultimately knocks him off Mount Olympus.
Due to this safeguard, the Professor is ultimately the weakest of the three primary Hulk incarnations despite being the physically largest. Professor Hulk has the attributes of three Hulks: Grey Hulk, Savage Hulk, and Banner.

The World Breaker Hulk is probably not only the most powerful iteration of the Hulk but also the most powerful entity in the universe. As his name suggests, this version of the Hulk possesses the power and the savagery required to literally break the world.
The Immortal Hulk is roughly the same size as Sasquatch, standing around 9 or 10 ft (2.74 / 3.04 m) tall and weighing roughly 2,000 lbs (907.18 kg). Following his debut, Banner's transformations were triggered at nightfall, turning him into a grey-skinned Hulk.

Strength: This incarnation can lift approximately 75 tons. This incarnation does possess the "madder he gets, the stronger he gets" ability but at a much slower rate since this incarnation has some level of intelligence and reasoning and would not "lose control" as easy as the Savage Hulk incarnation.
It is eventually revealed that Hulk's unborn son was able to survive his mother's death and took the name, Skaar. This version of the Hulk could, and likely would beat the Mad Titan.
Odin is Marvel's most powerful Skyfather, which is further confirmation that he is stronger than the Hulk when you take a look at the next entry on this list and what he is capable of against the Green Goliath.
Apocalypse makes his way into this position on the list because he is technically stronger than the Hulk. He also has a multitude of other abilities, including telepathy, telekinesis, and shapeshifting.
Who does Zeus fear? In fact, there is one myth that shows Zeus to be afraid of the goddess Nyx. It is commonly thought that Nyx is the only goddess that Zeus is truly afraid of because she is older and more powerful than him.
Oddly enough, Hulk might actually be able to hit Galactus hard enough that he notices that he's been hit. But that's about as far as the fight goes. Galactus would see him as nothing more than a little green annoyance to be flicked away like a gnat.
Neither World Breaker Hulk nor Devil Hulk could beat a full power Scarlet Witch as she was in the House of M storyline.
This might be up for debate, but Marvel has answered it in their comics. Hulk is difentiely stronger than Juggernaut. They solved this question in Juggernaut Number 2, where Cain Marko actually admits the Hulk is indeed stronger.
