While the MCU Hulk was not able to defeat Thanos, his comic book counterparts pose a better chance to make an even fight particularly if Thanos does not wield the Infinity Gauntlet. These two titans in the Marvel Universe seem destined to do battle in some form or another.
Ultimately, Thor defeated Thanos with his trusted Mjolnir by smashing Mad Titan.
In the Infinity Conflict storyline, Astral Regulator Thanos defeated The One Above All. This was achieved by using the powerful artifacts of creation known as the Astral Regulators, which The One Above All created to prevent the universes from colliding with each other and causing destruction.
Scarlet Witch is often regarded as the strongest Avenger, given her ability to use Chaos Magic. And with that magical ability, Thanos would be no match for Wanda Maximoff. Even before she mastered her powers, Maximoff put up a decent fight against Thanos in Infinity War and in Endgame.

However, Ultron, who was fascinated with the Stones, effortlessly killed Thanos by cutting his body in half with a laser beam from the Mind Stone and obtained all the Stones for himself which turned him into a cosmic being.
In the aftermath of his failure, Thor had a new-found determination to kill Thanos and undo the Snap. The remaining Avengers converged on the Titan's home to find him wounded and the Infinity Stones destroyed. Seeking vengeance, Thor raised Stormbreaker and, with one fell swoop, beheaded Thanos.
Even taking into account Thanos killing half the universe in one go, Galactus still wins on kill count.

Thanos has the infinity gauntlet with all six infinity stones (gems). If he “retires”, like like he does after snapping away half of life (movie Infinity War), then he is no longer in possession of the six infinity stones powers, and will definitely not be able to beat Saitama.
Unfortunately, the evil god Amatsu-Mikaboshi saw the potential to turn Alexander into the new God of War as part of his campaign against the Olympians. In issue #5, Zeus was mortally wounded by Amatsu-Mikaboshi while Ares was forced to fight Alexander to the death.
Also, other cosmic figures have regarded them as equals. All things considered, Zeus is certainly on Odin's level, so as long as Marvel portrays him accurately, he should be one of the MCU's most powerful characters.
Galactus would win in a fight against Odin.

Eros, also known as Starfox, is a member of the genetically engineered Eternals. Created by Arishem the Judge in the World Forge, he was stationed on Titan, joining the royal family as a prince and becoming the adoptive brother of Thanos.
