1.
It took the combined strength of Godzilla and Kong both to defeat the mechanical monstrosity, but both were weak from fighting each other. If fresh, it's fair to say Godzilla could handle Mechagodzilla, but Kong's lack of ranged attacks would put him at a disadvantage.
2) Captain Atom can withstand Godzilla's atomic breath
His metallic skin allows him durability that can withstand nuclear explosions. His strength is on par with Superman, and he can fly, allowing him to avoid most attacks the King of Monsters would send his way.
King Ghidorah is considered Godzilla's greatest rival and for good reason. He's bigger, badder, and stronger than any other kaiju Godzilla has fought. Being able to fly and having three heads, King Ghidorah proves to be a lot to handle and Godzilla usually needs aid from others to be able to take him down.
But after acquiring what was left of Mothra's life essence and unlocking the MonsterVerse version of the burning form, Godzilla easily overpowered (and obliterated) King Ghidorah. Ghidorah came very close to finishing off Godzilla, which was a sign that he did indeed need the burning form to win that particular fight.
KING GHIDORAH
Perhaps Godzilla's greatest opponent and arch enemy, Ghidorah is a space dragon born from a meteor that crashed into Japan. He is so strong that he cannot be taken down by one monster alone; Godzilla, Mothra, and a third kaiju, Rodan, must team up to defeat him.
In its debut film, Ghidorah, the Three-Headed Monster, Ghidorah is portrayed as an ancient extraterrestrial entity responsible for the destruction of the Venusian civilization, five thousand years before the film's events. Its attempt to destroy Earth is thwarted by the combined efforts of Godzilla, Rodan and Mothra.
When a demonic Space Godzilla attacks him, however, the angels fly into Godzilla's mouth, gifting him enough divine power to obliterate Space Godzilla. Through a portal, God once again entreats Godzilla to join him, to which the King of Monsters responds with divine infused atomic breath, destroying God.
Legendary godzilla is the second strongest of the Titanus gojira species which first appeared in the 2014 film Godzilla made by legendary studios. unlike the other species of godzilla, legendary godzilla remains the top godzilla in sheer stats that isn't a hybrid or otherwise.
Godzilla Earth is by far the tallest Godzilla incarnation to date, standing over 300 meters tall, considerably taller than the fourth form of Shin Godzilla, who stands at 118.5 meters tall, the Monsterverse Godzilla, who stands at 119.8 meters tall in Godzilla: King of the Monsters and Godzilla vs.

20 THE KRAKEN
While Godzilla is pretty large, the Kraken probably has him beat. The most famous way the Kraken has even been defeated is by forcing it to look at Medusa's head, thus turning it to stone. Unfortunately, Godzilla's hands are just way too big to hold Medusa's head the right way, so Kraken takes the win.
However, Titans of similar strength like MUTO Prime, Ghidorah, Kong and Mechagodzilla can harm Godzilla and, potentially, kill him.
Zeus, the thunderous king of the gods, was victorious in all these. So Godzilla is not going to get very far.
But Godzilla gets larger still. Legendary's Monsterverse Godzilla is about 120 meters (394 feet) tall, and MechaGodzilla is 400 feet tall. We get to see Godzilla Earth in Godzilla: Planet of the Monsters, where he has grown to an unbelievable 300 meters (984 feet) tall.
Mechagodzilla is the final "Big Five" Toho monster to appear in a Monsterverse film, the others being Godzilla, Mothra, King Ghidorah, and Rodan. The MonsterVerse Mechagodzilla is the tallest incarnation of Mechagodzilla to date, standing at 400 feet tall (~122 meters).
Even in the films that emphasize Godzilla's destructive nature, he's rarely depicted as a villain unless he's pitted against a purely heroic kaiju, like Mothra or the man-made Mechagodzillas. As long as Godzilla's fighting another monster, chances are good that he'll be painted in a somewhat heroic light.
Size. In Godzilla (2014), Godzilla is 355 feet (108 meters) tall. In Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019) and Godzilla vs. Kong (2021), his height is increased to 394 feet (120 meters) tall.
Despite being superior to Thor in terms of physiology and strength, Thor would come out as the winner thanks to his incredible speed, stamina, intelligence, and durability. Godzilla may be resilient to nuclear weapons but Thor possesses far much stronger environmental and physical powers that can greatly maim Godzilla.
Godzilla was the actual winner of both battles between Godzilla and King Kong, but after Kong helped him defeat Mechagodzilla, Godzilla left Kong alone after the primate king dropped the ax.
Raging Monster: Godzilla appears in ancient Greece and has already decimated Poseidon, Ares, the Hydra and almost the entire pantheon. The fact that the gods are weakened by a lack of prayer doesn't help. Only the arrogant Zeus remains to take down the Kaiju.
King Ghidorah showed that Godzilla mutated from a late-surviving theropod dinosaur. The carnivore looked like the old, dumpy restorations of Tyrannosaurus from the mid-20th century, and, no surprise, the fictional dinosaur is known as Godzillasaurus.
Godzilla, a giant monster spawned from the waste of nuclear tests, is discovered in the sea and rises to threaten Japan. The only hope of stopping Godzilla is the oxygen destroyer, a weapon as deadly and as morally troubling as the atomic bombs that created the monster.
Atomic Breath: Godzilla's signature weapon. The atomic breath is a ray of white-hot radiation that the monster kaiju can direct at his enemies or, on occasion, use to fly.
