Obito becomes the Ten-Tails host but is defeated by Naruto and Sasuke with the support of the Allied Shinobi Forces. A guilt-ridden Obito tries to revive everyone who died in the war, like Nagato before him, only to be possessed by Black Zetsu and forced to resurrect Madara.
Sasuke has mastered the powers of the Uchiha and also unlocked Six Paths powers. He was powerful enough to go toe-to-toe against Madara Uchiha, meaning he's much stronger than Obito.
Obito was a late bloomer in the beginning, but he continued to excel and become a formidable foe against his enemies. However, Obito can't defeat Sasuke, as the latter, after receiving chakra from the Sage of Six Paths, became stronger than him and was able to fight against the likes of Madara and Kaguya.
The two bicker and Obito is shown to be weaker than Kakashi in nearly every way. However, Obito grows stronger as time goes on. He almost passes away and in the process gives his eye to Kakashi. It is Obito who allows Kakashi to wield the Sharingan.
Jiraiya learned the toad sage mode, but he could never master it. Hence, his sage mode remained imperfect. Jiraiya was revered as an elite ninja and he showed what he was capable of doing when he fought against the Six Paths of Pain. But, defeating someone like Tobirama would be out his range.
In conclusion, Obito Uchiha would defeat Itachi Uchiha when comparing the two characters in their strongest forms. Obito has one of the strongest, if not the strongest, Sage Mode in the series and has enough chakra reserve to beat Itachi.
Obito was quite powerful and his Mangekyo Sharingan ability made him nearly invincible. A fight between him and Pain would've been rather close and Obito's Kamui gave him quite an edge over Pain's Six Paths, none of which had the power to keep up with his incredible speed.
Like Obito, he became the 10 Tails Jinchūriki in the Fourth Great Ninja War. Madara was much stronger than Obito to begin with, and the fact that his version of the Ten-tails was perfect made him even stronger. When compared to Madara, Obito stands absolutely no chance.
8 Obito Uchiha, The Second Ten-Tails Jinchuriki
The First Hokage, Hashirama Senju, openly admitted to being inferior to him. Given that the Five Kage are weaker than both Hashirama and Madara, they would certainly not have stood any chance against Obito either.
If Shisui was his sibling he would definitely know since they were both living with the Uchiha and Shisui should only be around 4-8 years older than Itachi who is 9 years younger than Obito, hence they should also know each other...
Ten-Tails Obito. Something that was hinted at during the majority of the Fourth Great Ninja War is that becoming the Ten-Tails Jinchuuriki was the ultimate power. Having the abilities of the Sage of the Six Paths would make any opponent unbeatable, and yet, Obito managed to lose in a match of morals to Naruto.
During the Fourth Great Ninja War, he opened his Eighth Gate against Madara Uchiha and was acknowledged by him as the Strongest Taijutsu Master. As Guy was capable of driving the likes of Madara into the corner, he could easily defeat Obito in no time. Moreover, Obito's Kamui would be useless against Taijutsu.
4) Obito Uchiha
After becoming the Jinchuriki of Ten-Tails, he became immensely strong, fast, and was nearly impervious to any damage. Although Minato defeated Obito once when he was alive, if the latter fought the former in his Jinchuriki Transformation, he could defeat him with ease.
3 Obito Uchiha
His powers far surpassed the likes of the Five Kage, and even the old Hokage combined. Obito was truly an incredibly powerful fighter with few being strong enough to hold their own against him. He was far stronger than Pain and his ambition was likely much greater as well.
4 Triumphant Victory: Kakashi Vs Obito
During his fight with Kakashi in the Kamui Dimension, the two ninja's seemed surprisingly equal. While Kakashi does come out on top during this battle, it is partly because Obito needed Kakashi's Lightning Blade to hit him to break Madara's control over him.
Although not as strong as Madara himself, Obito was powerful enough to take down the entire Shinobi Alliance by himself and had it not been for Naruto's Talk no Jutsu, he would've won. In terms of power, even the Four Hokage paled in comparison. For him, taking down the Akatsuki should be a piece of cake.
After having a change of heart, thanks to Naruto Uzumaki, Obito could fight right until the end and help Kakashi build a new era after the war. Surprisingly, he wasn't given the opportunity as he ended up dying at the hands of Kaguya Otsutsuki towards the end of the Ninja War.
Naruto Uzumaki was the biggest Hero of the Fourth Great Ninja War and he put in most of the effort to make sure that peace prevailed at the end of the day. Not only did he defeat the reanimated Kage, but he also went on to fight and defeat Obito Uchiha, and later Kaguya Otsutsuki.
Luffy wins. He is faster and with CoO he can land a counter the moment Obito turns tangible.
Zetsu was the weakest member of the Akatsuki. He specialized in infiltrating different places and gathering intel. Throughout his time in the organization, he was never involved in a serious fight that would show his fighting capabilities.
5 Kamui Can Save Obito From Saitama's Punches
However, Obito has other ways to deal with him. Obito can use Wood and Fire Release to deal serious damage, and he also has the powers of the Rinnegan. Obito has better defensive abilities and proves that he can attack without using Genjutsu, so Saitama loses this fight.
