Case in point: he was the only one who could single-handedly take on Muzan and drive him to a corner. Yoriichi would be able to defeat every single Hashira on this list without breaking a sweat. Such was his reputation and skill in swordsmanship.
Mitsuri Kanroji is another Hashira who Tanjiro could definitely beat in Demon Slayer. Mitsuri's main trick up her sleeve is her muscle composition, which makes her muscles eight times denser than that of a normal human's. In other words, she's incredibly strong and powerful, and tough with plenty of endurance as well.

Additionally, despite Muzan's death, with his last breaths, he managed to turn Kamado Tanjiro into a demon.
Gyomei, along with Muichiro, Sanemi and Genya, had to take down Kokushibo. After defeating the Upper Moon 1, Gyomei quickly found himself fighting against Muzan. During the fight, his legs are crushed, and he eventually dies while creating an opening for Tanjiro to attack.
Gyutaro is another one of Muzan's strongest bastions. However, he took a twisted approach to his dealings. Since Muzan favored Gyutaro so much, he chose to incorporate the latter's sister Daki as well.
Tengen is one of the only known Demon Slayer and Hashira to retire due to being permanently disabled instead of death or age, the other being Jigoro Kuwajima. He and Inosuke Hashibira are the only known Demon Slayers who use two Nichirin Swords instead of one.
