Maeve reports Erin to social services, after getting proof from Isaac that she is using again, in fear of her Elsie's safety. Erin and Elsie are both taken in by social services, with Erin making it to Maeve that she will never forgive her for what she has done.
Isaac finds out about Maeve and Otis' kiss, and leaves angrily. Next day, Isaac tells Maeve he stops fighting for her, it finally lets Maeve and Otis to be together.
Ruby Matthews & Otis Milburn is a romantic relationship on the Netflix series Sex Education. It started in season 2, when he lost his virginity to Ruby on the night of his party.
However, Isaac later admits what he did to Maeve, causing her to ignore him for weeks as he broke her trust. The two later reconciled and eventually had sexual intercourse.
Affectionate Nickname: Her brother and mother both call her "Froggy" or "Frogface", which is clearly an endearing family pet name from Maeve's childhood. Maeve isn't too fond of it, though, especially when her mother first appears.
She suspects that her mother is using drugs again, and after she gets a friend to inspect their trailer her worst fears are confirmed. This gives Maeve no choice but to call social services on her mom so as to save her young half-sister.
The relationship between Otis and Maeve became even more strained after Otis publicly insulted her and Ola while he was drunk during a party held at his home, which ended up with him sleeping with Ruby, which left Maeve even more disappointed in him.
Most notably, however, Maeve was in a relationship with Homelander but broke up with him when he tricked her into having a blindfolded sex session with Black Noir and physically assaulted her when questioned about it.
As noted by Deadline, Emma Mackey, who plays Maeve Wiley, is moving on from her role in the hit Netflix show. When asked about what's in store for Maeve in future seasons, the actor told RadioTimes that she's ready to bid farewell to her onscreen character.
"It is right narratively for [Maeve] to exit stage left because she was too powerful, and she solved too many of Starlight's problems for her. For Starlight to truly flower into the powerful character she is, she needs to remove all of her life preservers.
"Maeve is going to learn she's pregnant with Butcher's child. She was ready for everything to be over and ready and willing to die... but she's gonna have to rethink everything after learning she's pregnant.
However, in episode 4 of season 3, when Maeve and Isaac have a sexual encounter, things are different.
She's lost an eye and she's bruised up pretty badly, but she's alive. Not only that, but because everyone believes she's dead and she's no longer a supe, she's now able to live the rest of her life in peace with her girlfriend Elena. For perhaps the first time in "The Boys'" three seasons, Maeve seems happy.
Butcher tells Maeve that every single last one of them has got to go, referring to Supes. She agrees and they have rough sex. Homelander confronts Maeve about betraying him because he can smell Butcher all over her. She tells him he's crazy and doesn't know what he's talking about.
Maeve manages to give Butcher three vials of Temp-V or V-24, levelling the playing field by giving its user powers for 24 hours. But all in vain. Maeve gets more V-24 to Butcher and feeling dejected and defeated, the two get drunk and have sex, which left everyone shocked. That was not what viewers had expected coming.
Ex-husband Remi wants to collaborate with Jean on a book based on her experiences at school, however Jean is reluctant, and tells Remi's agent that he is a "colossal tw-t." Maeve then throws out the nerve agent Frenchie originally procured so that they could stick to Butcher's original plan. As Butcher begins to fight Soldier Boy for attacking Ryan, Maeve finally faces off against her ex-boyfriend. Though she's able to throw in some blows, Homelander crushes in one of her eyes.
This episode epitomizes just how much Queen Maeve is the unsung hero of The Boys. Not only does she horrifically lose an eye in battle with Homelander, but she realizes that Soldier Boy is about to explode radiation that'll kill everyone.

Season 1. At the begining of season 1, Maeve and Jackson were having casual sex. Jackson wanted to go on an date with her, but Maeve were keep pushing him away. During one time they were having sex, Maeve got pregnant, which later she got aborted.
Regardless of what happens, however, Isaac and Maeve's love scene is one of the series' triumphs.
