Janet "Jenny" Fraser Murray: Jamie's older sister, and only living sibling. She is married to Ian Murray and has seven children.
Ian and Rachel then come to Lord John Grey's house, where Ian is reunited with his mother Jenny Murray. Rachel and Ian marry in Philadelphia in late July/early August. In late spring 1779, Ian returns to the Fraser's Ridge in North Carolina, bringing his pregnant wife Rachel with him.
Now, in Outlander season 6, episode 4, “Hour of the Wolf,” Ian's story finally unfolds. Joining their tribe, Ian found love with a Mohawk woman, Emily, and the pair were married.

Jeremiah Alexander Ian Fraser MacKenzie, commonly called Jem or Jemmy, is the son of Brianna and Roger MacKenzie, and grandson of Claire and Jamie Fraser.
As Ian grieved, he was told to leave the Mohawk tribe. They believed the man's spirit must battle with the woman's and overcome it, but sadly, the Mohawk tribe felt Ian's spirit was not strong enough for a child to take root in the womb and therefore, he and Emily were no longer compatible.
In A Breath of Snow and Ashes, we get a flashback of Young Ian with his wife. She went into labor early and it was clear right away that the baby wouldn't end up surviving. We eventually learn that Ian had two unborn children who Emily (his wife) miscarried and then a daughter Yeksa'a Iseabaìl, who dies as a baby.
Lizzie doesn't know who the father is in Outlander
It's one of the twins! Yes, the Beardsley twins, but they didn't force themselves on Lizzie. In a private conversation with Claire, who is worried that Lizzie was forced or coerced, Lizzie shares that she willingly slept with both of them.
Spirits didn't combine in Outlander
Emily and Ian started off with a great life. They got pregnant quickly, and there was a lot of hope about their growing family. Then the hope turned to despair with Emily bleeding heavily one night. The baby didn't survive.
Some of the residents of Fraser's Ridge believe that the child's condition is a punishment for his parents' sins, and gossip runs rampant in the backcountry. Fergus is ashamed of not being able to protect his family properly and provide for them, and makes an attempt to end his own life, but Jamie stops him in time.
Malva developed a sexual relationship with Ian Murray during the time frame that she was trying to find someone to place blame upon for her pregnancy. Ian knew that he was not the only man she was sleeping with, after he showed late for one of their meetings he found her having sex with Bobby Higgins instead.
Abernathy (aka Geillis), who is looking for a stone only found in virgins. Ian survives because he is not a virgin, but is sexually assaulted by Geillis who drugs him and rapes him. Eventually, Jamie and Claire rescue Young Ian at the end of Season 3, and they all move to Fraser's Ridge together in Season 4.

Among these is one moment in season three when Jamie Fraser (played by Sam Heughan) slept with Mary McNab (Emma Campbell-Jones). The scene took place after Claire Fraser (Caitriona Balfe) returned to the future shortly before the Battle of Culloden after Jamie feared for the safety of his wife and their unborn child.

Ian has been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder; he currently refuses to visit the doctor and does not believe he needs to take medication. For these reasons his behavior has been erratic and out of control, worrying his family.

As part of the negotiations for Roger's release, Ian chose to become a Mohawk to replace a man that was killed, and married Emily.
During the premiere episode, Bri blamed herself for her son's missing arm, which she said last season was a result of amniotic band syndrome, or constricted growth while he was in utero.
Rob Cameron, one of Brianna's coworkers, kidnaps Jem, and it appears that he has taken Jem into the past. Roger and William travel through time to find them, but Rob appears at Brianna's home and orders her to tell Jem to disclose the location of the gold.
The simple answer is no. Claire and Jamie don't have any more children after Brianna. Claire heads through the stones while pregnant with Brianna at the end of the second season/book. She spends 20 years in the 20th century, and she and Frank don't have any children together.
