Electronic Arts released some very interesting numbers about Star Wars: Battlefront's Beta this weekend. The dark lord himself,Darth Vader, killed 1,379,319 players by Force-choking them to death on Walker Assault on Hoth.
Of course, Vader wasn't the only Star Wars character to use a Force choke against their enemies. Many on-screen Sith and Dark Side users, including Darth Sidious, Maul, Dooku, Ventress, Savage Opress, Snoke and Kylo Ren, also used the power. Basically, every dark side user used a Force choke on someone at some point.
Actor Richard LeParmentier, whose character was infamously choked by villain Darth Vader in the original "Star Wars" movie, has died at age 66, his representative confirms to TODAY.

Having faced his father once before, Luke was familiar with his tactics and used the force to gain an upper-hand. In Star Wars Canon, only Luke Skywalker can be acknowledged as the one who truly defeated Darth Vader.
If he were to take his mask off, the Sith Lord would soon suffocate. So it's the most crucial part of his armor. The only time he can breathe without the need for his mask is when he is in one of his meditation chambers seen in A New Hope.

The Star Wars universe establishes Snoke as a Force-sensitive artificial being who was created by Emperor Palpatine, and used by him to reclaim control of the galaxy. As Palpatine's puppet ruler, Snoke manipulates Luke Skywalker's nephew, Ben Solo, to the dark side of the Force and serve the First Order as Kylo Ren.
