The residents of Tree Hill must deal with the aftermath of the limo accident. Two made it out unharmed while one lands in a coma. In the midst of all the chaos, Dan extends his help to Karen now that she is pregnant.
Rachel prepares for Nathan's arrival with candles and a short outfit. As he does arrive, she asks to talk to him about the accident. She tells him that they can help each other through what they saw. Nathan than reveals that Brooke isn't pregnant but Haley is.
In season 4, while they are still in high school, Haley and Nathan, discover they are expecting a baby, a boy, that they decide to name: James Lucas ("Jamie") Scott. In the eighth season, Haley and Nathan will welcome their second child, a girl: Lydia Bob.

Despite a brief separation in the seventh season, Brooke and Julian were married in season eight amid the heartbreaking news of her inability to have children. Much to their surprise, however, Brooke gave birth to twin sons Davis and Jude Baker later in the season.
The two decided to move to New York for good, but Brooke found out that, by some miracle, she was pregnant after all, so they decided to definitely settle down in Tree Hill. She then gave birth to twin boys, and she and Julian named them Davis and Jude.
Renee Richardson was a woman who claimed to have slept with Nathan Scott during his first NBA season on the road, despite his marriage to Haley James Scott.
Baby Richardson was the child of Renee Richardson and unkown father and was concieved after a one-night-stand at a basketball party. Renee originally tried to claim Nathan Scott was the father of her child, wanting money to support her child but it was revealed on television that Nathan wasn't the father.
Despite many obstacles, including Nathan's parents, third parties and their always conflicting dreams, they're still happily married and have made it through thick and thin. Nathan and Haley are soul mates and are one of the strongest couples in television history.
