The prize – Yoriichi's original blade This legendary Nichirin blade is the prize for anyone capable enough to defeat the Yoriichi Type Zero doll, hence, the new owner is Tanjiro.
After Tanjiro chipped his sword in his battle against Upper Rank Six, Hotaru trained more to make a stronger sword. Hotaru demonstrated his professionalism and expertise when he polished and sharpened the 300-year-old blade left in Yoriichi Type Zero while completely ignoring the wounds he received from Gyokko.
As the battle reached its climax, Tanjiro was able to knock the doll's head off and discovered that the mechanical body contained a mysterious sword. Fans of the manga will recognize this sword as the one carried by Yoriichi Tsugikuni himself.

Yoriichi Tsugikuni is a Demon Slayer from 300 years ago, and the inspiration for Kotetsu's training doll.
This is the sword that appeared out of the neck of the doll at the end of Demon Slayer season three's second episode. In the manga Tanjiro has the sword repaired by Haganezuka, who he initially traveled to the Swordsmith Village to find.
During the fight, Nezuko realized that they were no match for the Upper Moon 4 Demon. Hence, she used her Blood Demon Art and infused it with Tanjro's Nichirin Sword, turning it bright red as it started burning. This unlocked the true potential of the sword, allowing Tanjiro to behead Urogi, Karaku, and Sekido!

In an interesting turn of events, as mentioned above, Tanjiro later uses the flame handguard from Rengoku's sword on the legendary Yoriichi sword he finds during the Swordsmith Village arc.
Toho Co., Ltd. Black is the most mysterious color of all the blades, and is held by the main character, Tanjiro. It is a rare blade and represents the sun; it also holds a theory that the demon slayers who own this sword are not to live a long life.
Enhanced Smell: Tanjiro possesses an extremely sharp sense of smell. Before becoming a Demon Slayer, Tanjiro was known in a village as a boy who has an extremely strong sense of smell. On a positive note, none of the Hashira died in the Swordsmith Village arc.
Tengen is one of the only known Demon Slayer and Hashira to retire due to being permanently disabled instead of death or age, the other being Jigoro Kuwajima. He and Inosuke Hashibira are the only known.
Shortly before his death of at least 85 years in age, he battled his older twin brother, Kokushibo who turned into a demon. Despite his advanced age, he quickly gained the upper-hand in the battle with a single move, slitting his throat before he finally died standing up, unscathed.
Only two Slayers were ever known to be older than 25 with a Mark. Yoriichi lived till old age, likely due to him having been born with the mark and thereby avoiding the curse altogether. Gyomei on the other hand did not activate his Mark until he was already older than 25.
In the Demon Slayer manga's final chapter, Yoriichi and his family have been reincarnated and are seen in the deep background of a panel as Tanjiro's own descendants head to school.
Abilities. Yoriichi Type Zero has 108 different movements based off of the person it was modelled after. Its power surpasses most humans, hence why it is used as a training dummy for Demon Slayers.
This mastery allowed Zenitsu to form a Seventh Form of Thunder Breathing that is unique only to him: Honoikazuchi no Kami. While this move might seem similar to Thunder Breathing's First Form, the speed and power of this technique are on a whole new level.
Tanjiro isn't Faster Than Zenitsu, not at all. He is Strong but Slow. So, Zenitsu Will Probably Chop Him Down to bits before tanjiro even pulls out his sword properly. There ya go!
In terms of achievements, Tanjiro outsmarted Water Hashira with just his natural instincts and defeated a bunch of demons even before becoming a member of the Demon Slayer Corps.
