The theory, posted to Reddit by u/no_one_here_123, states that 010 from Brenner's lab survived the massacre and became Eddie Munson. It's become a bit of a controversial theory as it's made its way around the internet, but there is some supporting evidence.
Ten also appears during Stranger Things season 4. The subject has special abilities outside the regular telekinesis. Similar to Eleven, he has the power of remote viewing and is able to see outside his present location. He uses this ability most often while practicing with Dr.
Henry Creel was the first, which is why Dr. Brenner gave him the “001” on his wrist. Henry Creel is portrayed by actor Jamie Campbell Bower. You may also recognize Jamie from his roles in The Twilight Saga, Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street and The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones.
Next up, the viewers go on to theorise that One/Vecna is actually Eleven's dad. Yep, told you it was wild. The theory claims that Brenner wanted to create a child with stronger powers, so he waited until One was old enough to become a father.
The final scene of Volume 1 shows a shot of Vecna, and a close up of the 001 tattoo on his arm, confirming that Henry Creel, a.k.a. Number One, became Vecna.
The first? Eddie mentions that he once had "buzzed hair," which, of course, is the standard hairstyle for Brenner's lab kids. Second, people are suggesting that the watch he wears on his left wrist could cover up his possible '010' tattoo.
1978. While Francine was on her way back to her room after an experiment, she saw Ricky in the hallway of the lab. After reacting with confusion, she pulled back his hand and saw the "003" tattoo stamped on his wrist.
Eddie may not become a vampire per se, but according to theory, there's the potential for him to simply be undead and be brought back by Vecna to torture our still-living characters. It's a thought that has floated around the fandom for years and with Vecna's deceitful nature, it doesn't seem far-fetched.

High school seniors in the US are usually around 17-18 years old, and with Eddie being held back two years in a row, his age in March 1986 would likely be 20 years old. In an interview with Extra, Joseph Quinn also clarified that Eddie is meant to be around 20/21 years old.
Five, portrayed by Jessica Arden Napier, was a minor character in the fourth season of Stranger Things.
Jamie, otherwise known as Nine, is a supporting character in Stranger Things: SIX and a main character in Stranger Things: Into the Fire. Francine, also known as Six, is the central character in Stranger Things: Six, a four-issue comic miniseries. She was a Hawkins Lab test subject with precognitive abilities.

Internet explodes as Netflix drops "004/004" clip. Netflix dropped the fourth clip of Stranger Things Season 4 on November 6, 'Stranger Things' Day 2021. The date is special as Will Byers went missing on November 6, 1983, in Season 1.

Eddie embodies the metalhead culture of the 80s, from his frizzy hair to his ripped jeans. It's no wonder that such a unique style would immediately appeal to the audience, and when crafting Eddie's aesthetic, there was nothing left to chance.
It uses the leper to take advantage of Eddie's fear of disease. When seeing the leper, Eddie felt that if it had touched him he would instantly catch every disease that it had and rot from the inside out.
"Vecna seems to be actually intrigued by Nancy being able to figure him out, to be able to get this close to the truth... I think this is more Vecna's narcissistic traits that pull him to Nancy, why he wants to give her this information."
In the D&D realm, a defining feature of Vecna is that he's missing his left hand and left eye. This is because his trusted accomplice, Kas the Bloody-Handed, betrayed him and used the sword Vecna created himself to chop off his left hand and remove his left eye. This ultimately destroyed Vecna.
