History. Eleanor Camacho is the daughter of Deadpool and Carmelita Camacho. Eleanor was raised by Carmelita alone as Deadpool had abandoned Carmelita without knowing she was pregnant.
In the comics, she also had a special relationship with Deadpool and Thanos. The latter, in particular, was hopelessly in love with her. She, on the other hand, was more attracted to Deadpool, since he is immortal and Lady Death therefore had no chance of getting hold of his soul.
History. Ellie in 2099 A.D. Ellie Preston is the adopted daughter of Wade Wilson and Emily Preston, who now exists only as digital consciousness. When she became a teenager, her mutant ability of regenerative immortality had first manifested.
Relationships. Death seduced and was seduced by Kull on what was thought to be his deathbed, and returned him to life. Thanos and Deadpool are both in love with Death. Because of this, Thanos once cursed Deadpool with an inability to die.
In the original Infinity Gauntlet, Thanos uses his omnipotent power to create a new wife, Terraxia, revealing the truth of his motivations.
The two got to know one another at this time and Wade ended up becoming totally infatuated with her. The two bonded closely and eventually, it was revealed that Death had fallen in love with Wade as well. The two would often see one another whenever he came near death and appears to him on several occasions.
Deadpool is one of many heroes in the Marvel universe that has managed to have numerous children throughout his comic career. Some of his most notable offspring have included a child he had with Lady Death named Deathpool and a son made from his and Wolverine's DNA named Junior.
Thomas Wilson was Deadpool's father. Under the influence of the Butler, Deadpool murdered him and his mother in their house in Canada via arson, without knowing they were his parents due to the mind-wipe drugs Butler constantly administered to him.
Lady Death is a fictional goddess appearing in American comic books published by Coffin Comics. Created by Brian Pulido, Lady Death first appeared in Evil Ernie #1 in December 1991.
Deadpool killed his henchmen and tried to hit Sergei with a cream cheese spreader, but Sergei shot Vanessa, killing her. Deadpool ran after him to the middle of the street and the two were run over by a truck, killing Sergei.
Typhoid Mary
For a while in comics, Deadpool was dating the mutant Siryn, daughter of Banshee, with the pair having a solid relationship. However, that love was exploited by the mutant Typhoid Mary. At one point, Mary disguised herself as Siryn and slept with Deadpool, with him unaware.
Itsy Bitsy was made from the combined genetic material of Spider-Man and Deadpool, so aside from having two dads, she also has Spidey-healing powers.
Meet Deathpool, the daughter of Deadpool and Death in Marvel Strike Force. So, in the Marvel Strike Force game, Deadpool and Death had a baby, Deathpool.
Daughter of Spider Man and Deadpool, her name is Itsy Bitsy. She is the biological child of Spider Man and Deadpool. A human hybrid created from the combined DNA.

Her Mutant Ability Is Resurrection
Just like Deadpool, Eleanor is sort of immortal too. In a 2099 storyline, it is revealed that Eleanor does possess the rare X-Gene courtesy of his father. It grants her the ability of rebirth at the age her powers manifested. She does keep all the memories from her previous life.
Gwen Poole (of Earth-TRN565), better known as Gwenpool, is, despite appearances, not an alternate version of Gwen Stacy, but rather a comic book fan originating from a universe where all the heroes and villains of the prime reality are fictional characters.
As Deadpool doesn't really physically age, it is speculated he must be in his late 20s, early 30s, and sometimes even 35.

Thanos' beloved, the hooded embodiment of the end, should make an appearance before the Thanos saga is over. Something about that cloaked figure and her skull visage standing next to Thanos is so iconic. Death's inclusion would make audiences understand (and fear) Thanos as he tries to burn a galaxy to win her love."
While Thanos ranks far from the top 10 villains in the Marvel Universe, The Mad Titan is powerful enough to effortlessly put down Deadpool. Given the latter ever fights Thanos with Infinity Gauntlet and all the Infinity Stones, The Mad Titan can easily erase Wade from existence, ending the fight in an instant.
Thanos' Children are the adoptive children of Thanos, and also his minions. However, two of his daughters, Gamora and Nebula defected to the good side. Others include Corvus Glaive, Cull Obsidian, Ebony Maw, and Proxima Midnight.
