Inosuke Hashibira (嘴平 伊之助) is one of the two tritagonists (alongside Zenitsu Agatsuma) of the 2016-2020 fantasy horror manga/anime series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba and its 2020 stage play.

When Doma was a boy, his mother killed his father after finding out he had been cheating on her, before she took her own life. However, Doma remained unfazed by the deaths of his own parents. When he was twenty years old, Doma met Muzan Kibutsuji, who granted him power and turned him into a demon.
We first see Doma when he is still the Upper Moon Six while he is in the middle of eating a geisha. Later he becomes even stronger and rises to the position of Upper Moon Two. He dies because of the lethal amount of poison he absorbed through Shinobu Kocho's body followed by Kanao Tsuyuri beheading him.
After some time Muzan found him and turned him into a demon. He then started a cult and then ate his followers one by one.
Cryokinesis: Doma's Blood Demon Art grants him extremely powerful cryokinesis. He can generate ice and frost from his flesh and blood and can spawn it anywhere in his vicinity, as well as manipulating it at will, allowing him to unleash incredibly potent ice techniques.
A mother boar raised Inosuke Hashibira ever since he was young and thrown to safety into water by his mother shortly before she died. Whilst he did live in the mountains by himself he still managed to learn how to talk by learning from other humans. These humans were Takaharu and his elderly grandfather.
She is unable to cut it because she got frozen, so Inosuke, on the spot, comes up with and uses Beast Breathing: Sudden Throwing Strike to hurl his blades at Kanao's to give it the extra strength needed to cut Doma's neck. They succeed in beheading him, and Upper Rank Two and his statue begin to disintegrate.
Many people brush off Inosuke as yet another tsundere, but that reasoning is only partially correct. As a child, he was abandoned by his mother and coincidentally, was adopted by boars.
Inosuke is probably the closest to Zenitsu in terms of power, considering they're both new Demon Slayer recruits and they're both less skilled than Tanjiro. If they ever were to face off, however, it's likely Inosuke would win.
Despite being the bottom of the trio, Inosuke is a tremendously powerful Demon Slayer who can easily match the strongest Upper Ranks, for example the third strongest Demon for more than a century, Doma.
After Muzan was defeated, all the demons he created also perished immediately, so there was no point of a Demon Slayer corps anymore. As a result, Zenitsu did not get to become a Hashira even after becoming strong enough to bie one.

After the final battle
It is confirmed in the Volume 23 extras that Inosuke and Aoi did eventually end up together and that they have two great-grandsons, one of which is Aoba.
