Origins. Godzilla Filius is a subspecies of Godzilla spawned by cells that divided from Godzilla Earth, much like the Servum. Unlike the Servum, Godzilla Filius is nearly identical to Godzilla Earth himself when he first appeared in 2030.
Overview. Introduced in Son of Godzilla, Minilla was born on Sollgel Island, when his egg was prematurely cracked open by a group of mutant giant mantises called Kamacuras. Godzilla soon arrived, killed two of the Kamacuras, and rescued Minilla.
He is the father of Godzilla and a partner of Rozan. Dagon was an ancient Titan that was awakened in 1954 during nuclear tests. This kaiju was rather aggressive and attacked Japan several times, one time arriving in Tokyo.
The humans kill Filius by implanting EMP probes inside it from the dorsal spines.
Unlike his adoptive father, Godzilla Junior is very docile and kind towards humans such as his surrogate mother Azusa Gojo, G-Force lieutenant Akira Yuki, and Miki Saegusa. As Little Godzilla, he is very playful and mischievous.
However, Destoroyah returned in his Perfect Form and killed Junior before engaging in battle with Godzilla himself. After Godzilla destroyed Destoroyah and melted down, he imparted his energy into Junior's lifeless body, reviving him and transforming him into an adult Godzilla, ready to take up his father's mantle.

Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla
In 1954, Godzilla appeared and laid waste to Tokyo before being killed by Daisuke Serizawa's Oxygen Destroyer. In the decades that followed, Japan was frequently attacked by giant monsters, including Mothra and Gaira.
Origins. This Godzilla, much like the ones from the 2014 film, Godzilla and the 2016 film, Shin Godzilla, features a new, revamped origin; originating from plant-based lifeforms, he is said to be the "end result of natural selection on Earth", and has gone on to live and dominate the planet for 20,000 years.
Anguirus
Godzilla's first foe, the legendary Anguirus. Another quadruped, Anguirus has a much more prehistoric look to him, taking many features from the Ankylosaur. He has a long snout like a crocodile and a turtle-shell back covered in spikes.
In the actual Godzilla movies, Godzilla never had a daughter (in fact, female monsters are few and far between). He did however have two sons, Minilla/Miniya and Godzilla Jr. Although her name isn't given in the movie, fans have dubbed her "Godzina."
Gojira (ゴジラ?) is a giant, radioactive reptilian daikaiju and the main kaiju protagonist of Godzilla: Bonds of Blood. He is the older brother of Godzilla and the eldest son of Gozira and Gorale.

Biollante is a genetically-modified rose Kaiju hybrid created from Godzilla's DNA by the Devonians, making her Godzilla and SpaceGodzilla's half-sister. She fought against Godzilla on the Monster Islands, but was defeated and escaped into the planet's atmosphere.
Godzilla, a giant monster spawned from the waste of nuclear tests, is discovered in the sea and rises to threaten Japan. The only hope of stopping Godzilla is the oxygen destroyer, a weapon as deadly and as morally troubling as the atomic bombs that created the monster.

The 1954 Godzilla (ゴジラ, Gojira?) is a daikaiju created by Toho that makes its first appearance within the 1954 Godzilla film, Godzilla. This Godzilla was later succeeded by a second Godzilla during the events of the 1955 film, Godzilla Raids Again and the rest of the Showa series.
While Godzilla has had many wild adventures in film, nothing can top the comic book series where the King of Monsters kills both God and Satan. Far from a typical Kaiju brawl though, Godzilla's trek through the afterlife is weird in a way that readers can only get from the world of comic books.
Through more than 60 years of cinematic history, the Japanese pop culture icon has appeared in over 30 live-action movies at this point. However, he's only actually died in four of them. True to his title, Godzilla typically prevails in most of his fights - even when he's the main villain.
