Minilla, Godzilla's first son, introduced in the 1967 film Son of Godzilla. Godzooky, Godzilla's nephew from the 1978–1981 animated television series Godzilla.
Godzilla Junior (also referred to as Little Godzilla and Baby Godzilla), Godzilla's second son, introduced in the 1993 film Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla II. Baby Godzilla, from the 1998 film Godzilla and the 1998–2000 animated television series Godzilla: The Series.
In both the Showa and Millennium series, it is never stated if Godzilla is Minilla's biological father or if he simply adopted him. However, the 1998 informational book The Official Godzilla Compendium and Toho's official English-language website both state that Minilla was adopted by Godzilla in Son of Godzilla.

Biollante is a genetically-modified rose Kaiju hybrid created from Godzilla's DNA by the Devonians, making her Godzilla and SpaceGodzilla's half-sister. She fought against Godzilla on the Monster Islands, but was defeated and escaped into the planet's atmosphere.

Baby Godzilla hatched from a Godzillasaurus egg on Adonoa Island that was found in a pteranodon nest, guarded over by the irradiated pteranodon Rodan, who saw Baby Godzilla as his younger brother.
Perhaps most distinct are this Godzilla's white pupil-less eyes, which are meant to give him the appearance of being undead and otherworldly. This Godzilla has very large white claws on his hands and feet. His feet and legs are relatively large compared to the rest of his body.

The 1954 Godzilla (ゴジラ, Gojira?) is a daikaiju created by Toho that makes its first appearance within the 1954 Godzilla film, Godzilla. This Godzilla was later succeeded by a second Godzilla during the events of the 1955 film, Godzilla Raids Again and the rest of the Showa series.
Biollante is one of the few female kaiju in the Godzilla series that does not resemble/or is an insect. Biollante is the first of the only two female kaiju Godzilla fought in the Heisei series, the other was Mothra from the 1992 version of Godzilla vs. Mothra.
But Mothra is the undisputed Queen. The giant moth-like monster first appeared in the 1961 Toho film “Mothra” and is among the most popular kaiju in the “Godzilla” franchise. And unlike the majority of her fellow kaiju, Mothra has always been depicted as a hero and a protector of humanity.
