Dragon Ball Super proves that Frieza will always be Goku's greatest enemy. The story that made Frieza relevant again included a detail about Frieza's power that ensures the villain's status as the biggest threat to Goku and Universe 7 will never change.
Although Frieza's been around for decades now, and Jiren is relatively new to the series, some fans feel as though Jiren has already proven that he's worthy of being deemed as Goku's greatest enemy. Others feel as though that title goes to Frieza.
Without a doubt, Pilaf is the weakest opponent Goku has ever faced in the franchise. Even with him and his cronies having advanced mech machinery at their disposal, they can't knock their childish opponent out.
Majin Buu. One of Dragon Ball Z's most ferocious and transformation-happy of characters, Majin Buu is the last major enemy in the Dragon Ball Z storyline. With the ability to absorb foes, learn moves, and deliver a serious punch, Majin Buu is one of Goku and friends' most challenging of enemies.
Android 16 is technically the worst Dragon Ball Z villain in terms of success because he barely plays the role of a villain at all. Android 16, much like his fellow Android contemporaries, is designed by Dr. Gero for mass destruction.
Out of all the villains in Dragon Ball Super, Zamasu is unquestionably the evilest of the bunch. His hatred for mortals grew to such a dangerous extent that he tried to end the life of every regular person with his draconic plan called Project Zero Mortals.
4 Being Killed By Zamasu, Who Took Over His Body
Here, he decided to take over Goku's body and cut all ties with his family by killing them in cold blood. Of course, Zamasu made sure to eliminate all loose ends by destroying his own body, ending Goku's existence in the process.
Jiren is a protagonist from Dragon Ball Super who is widely regarded as one of the most powerful fighters in the Dragon Ball universe. Many fans consider Jiren to be stronger than Goku based on the exceptional abilities and feats that he demonstrated in the Tournament of Power arc.
The most powerful is Hyperion, and much like Superman, he would end Goku. Hyperion usually hails from another universe and is frequently the most powerful hero around. One version of Hyperion beat every hero and villain on Earth, and another flew through Galactus's head, killing him.
1) Jiren. As seen in Dragon Ball Super's Tournament of Power arc, Goku was unable to defeat Jiren in a 1v1 even after achieving Mastered Ultra Instinct. While Goku has honed his Ultra Instinct since the Tournament of Power in the manga, Jiren and Goku have yet to rematch as Goku is now.
Starting off the list as Goku's weakest form is the original Dragon Ball transformation, the base Super Saiyan form. While still useful and powerful, even the mastered Super Saiyan form is the weakest of all the branch's transformations.
Goku's fear of needles throughout Dragon Ball has become a cheap-gag-turned-fan-theory. The discussion of Goku's fear of needles stems from and was first discussed during the Namek arc, during the beginning of which a hospitalized Goku is seen being treated by doctors.
Although Jiren is said to be able to defeat a God of Destruction, it's unlikely Beerus is at risk of suffering that defeat. Beerus has yet to use 100% of his powers in Dragon Ball Super thus far, whereas Jiren at 100% struggled against Mastered Ultra Instinct (MUI) Goku.
GOKU KILLS BEERUS AND ABSORBS HIS POWER! GOD OF DESTRUCTION SON GOKU!
Goku has much greater stats, power, forms, and combat experience/skills, but SpongeBob has much better abilities, arsenal, and hax's that he can win in many scenarios himself.
Indeed, Goku has been beaten countless times, and it's usually actually a tradition to have him lose against an arc villain before training and getting powerful enough to defeat our villain once and for all.
The Dragon Ball series has had plenty of great villains over the years, but none have caused nearly as much death and destruction as Goku himself. Although Goku is typically framed as the hero of Dragon Ball, there are countless times when his judgment is more than a little questionable.
Although the crusade was a great naval success and Smyrna was taken, Zeno was killed by Umur Bey's forces in an ambush while he and the other crusader leaders, including Henry of Asti, were attempting to celebrate a mass in a church in the no-man's-land between the battle lines.

Having finally been canonized with her birth in Dragon Ball Super, Bulla is without a doubt the weakest Saiyan in all Dragon Ball.
However, even with all of his talent, Dende is probably the weakest of the gods in Dragon Ball. Sure, he's the protector of Earth—appointed by Goku, no less—but, if one of the other deities wanted to annihilate the entire planet, there really isn't much Dende could do about it.
Chiaotzu and Yamcha are often described as the weakest of the Z-Warriors.
